I currently have them repairing the sidewalk around our office. What impresses me about Jarrod and his crew is not just the quality of work, but the promptness with which they address your issues. The level of customer service with which you are provided is outstanding. Site Supervisor, Brandon Diakow and his team are mindful of tenants, go out of there way to keep work areas clean, take the time to explain to concerned tenants the work they are doing and are cognizant of the fact these are people's live/works areas. The level of care with which you are provided is unexpected and the attention to detail in their work is incredible. This company asks for a deposit prior to commencing work but the company owner Richard Magill gets you to pay the deposit to the material supplier instead of his company. The result is that when he doesn't show up to do the job, you cannot get your deposit back because the material is special order and the material supplier will not refund your purchase. So, the roofer, Richard Magill holds you hostage because you can't get your money back and he is free to do the job whenever he wants if he actually wants to do the contracted job. He has no risk because he has not paid any money for the material, you did. He has zero risk and your deposit is now with the material supplier who will not refund specialty ordered products. In addition, once Richard Magill is assured that the material has been paid for he changes the original quote for the job and adds thousands of dollars to the original quote resulting in an even higher price than the original quote. Now you have thousands of dollars in material that you can't return, you can't get a refund and Richard Magill has you at his mercy and committed to doing the job with him whenever he wants or if he wants to complete the job. He gives repeated dates to start the job and never shows up using whatever excuses he can come up with to delay the job. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with SILICONE SOLUTIONS WATERPROOFING unless you are prepared to pay your deposit to a material supplier and are unable to get your money back when Richard Magill doesn't show up to do the job.

He came and got the measurements and we signed a contract stating that he would give us the drawings in a few days and he guaranteed that the city and the board will approve it. On the next day, he asked us to do some additional measurements and I tried to help, but I couldn't. I told him that he has to come and do the proper measurements. After that, he said that the drawing would cost more and he wanted an additional 500$ on top to continue working on the project. Later, he refused to talk to us and answer calls or texts. I can show you the contract and the sketch she sent us, which was absolutely wrong. Strongly recommend against using his services.
