I wanted grey pavers, but…read morethe two local big box stores only carried a brown paver; however, when buying bulk pavers, there was a good deal of savings, and they would deliver. After talking with my wife about the color of the pavers, we decided it would be worth the money to spend 500-1000 more from a local place if the color was correct (grey). I went to Creech's to see what they had available and found a paver that we liked and they also had an accent color for the border. We saw the color and layout installed at their location. Now for the price...I gave them the square footage I needed, and to my surprise, the pavers were 500.00 cheaper than the big box store with bulk discount pricing....On top of that the pavers were twice as thick. I got a better paver, the color I wanted, and it was cheaper. Next, I needed delivery...I purchased the pavers on Saturday, and they were able to deliver on Monday...However, I still had work to do so scheduled a Wednesday delivery. The pavers were dropped exactly where I needed them. I have since been back for polymeric sand, a couple questions, about the job, etc, and the staff has always been more than helpful to get me some support. I doubt I will ever install another paver patio, but if I did, or if a friend or family member needed a recommendation, I would recommend Creech's in a heartbeat.

After 8,000 dollars of work was done to make my backyard usable my garage was flooding with about 3" inches of stormwater every time we had a good spring rain. When I realized the water from my backyard had been transferred to the garage I called, emailed and texted and could not get Wes to come back and take a look. When I did get him on the phone he admitted "drainage is tricky"! Tricky? I didn't hire a company that was inexperienced I thought. Tricky? My backyard is now usable and even attractive but now my garage is not usable or attractive after a good rain. Good rains happen frequently every spring and fall, water and mud now make my garage unusable for weeks at a time. After calling someone who does know how to correct a stormwater drainage problem the price for draining the storm water from my back yard by means of a french drain and sump pump will cost 4,000 dollars. I wish I had been referred to a drainage specialist. I would not hire Marvin Organic for anything but aesthetics since Wes does not understand or is not willing to admit what is beyond his skill and expertise.

P & A's crew cut a cable to our pool equipment, and then tried to repair it with electrical tape…read morewithout telling us about the damage. It cost us $600 to repair the saltwater cell as a result of their negligence, but we "ate it" and decided to give Phil another chance. We should have walked away then. After agreeing to service the lawn only on weekdays, he sent crews on weekends anyway. When I called to remind him about my request, he ignored me. When I saw him later and asked him about it again, he said that it was inconvenient for the crew not to work weekends and that they would get to my house when they were in the neighborhood. Today, I called him to let him know that his crew had cut back the Fishtail privacy hedge too far. This happened after we had agreed many times to let the plants grow in for privacy. He raised his voice at me, yelling that his crew was doing the best it could after 5 days of rain. When I said the rain was irrelevant and that I was just asking for his help to fix the problem, he said, "What do you want me to do?!" before lashing out with rude and personal insults.
