When I look back at the first day I spoke to Joe, I was all over the place mentally, just chaotic! I had been meditating and trying to go within but really needed assistance. I struggled with anxiety, confidence, handling emotions and just dealing with life. Joe is such a kind and loving soul and I never felt judged but rather safe and understood. He offered a space where I could truly express myself and not feel insecure in doing so. I discussed some of my deepest fears and emotions that I had held onto for many, many years and didn't even realize it. Now that I've completed the 13 weeks, I have grown more than I could've imagined. I learned how to breathe (correctly), how to immediately calm my nervous system, to be more self aware, to believe in myself (confidence), to go deeper in my mediations, I have more patience and I'm continuing to focus on my heart chakra and love. It's truly been an incredible experience! This type of work is a team effort and if you are willing to put in the work, Joe is an amazing spiritual guide/teacher that will light the way for you to grow and support you on your journey. He deserves more than 5 stars!

I came to her when I was feeling hopeless in overcoming my 20+ year battle with anxiety. After trying years of talk therapy, and seeing little success, I made the decision to try hypnotherapy. Just a few weeks into working with Zhanna, I made more progress to overcome my anxiety than I did in the years of weekly psychotherapy sessions. Her style is extremely hands on and integrated as she gives you tools to help you stay accountable to your own healing. Most therapists I've worked with make you feel like another patient, and use a cookie cutter approach. But with Zhanna you feel your treatment is a truly unique experience and that she is just as invested in your healing and your progress as you are. I can't recommend Zhanna enough. She is intuitive, nurturing, compassionate and empathetic. Working with her has astronomically changed my life, how I see myself and my own potential. My only regret is not starting to work with her sooner! If you're ready to truly make a shift in your life, working with Zhanna is a no-brainer. It's challenging work, but her support and encouragement along the way makes it worthwhile. Make the investment in yourself and you will see your life shift radically.

She is incredibly gifted and I can try to explain my experience but i think that whoever is reading this just needs to schedule a few sessions to be able to experience it yourself. It impacts every other aspect of your life, relationships and well being to have the tools and guidance to realizing your own potential, finding peace, clarity, and being able to view the world from a different lens. I've gone from lack of focus being so out of my body, easily stressed, unable to connect with people, incredibly hazy before i saw Felicia. The best way i can describe it is like being in a perpetual thick fog but sometimes you've been living in it so long it becomes the only thing you know. Felicia helped me step outside of that to bring me to a different level of awareness. Having seen her has been a monumental part of my shift. I am still on my journey and I cannot express how much lighter, more focused, present, and peaceful I feel.
