The room was very relaxing and I immediately felt at ease when I met Marcela. She had the most calming energy and really seemed like she cared. A couple times during the session, I found myself getting teary-eyed which I took as a good sign that my body was responding well to the reiki. Afterward, I felt super relaxed, like something inside me had shifted. I LOVED how the session included a sound bath and aromatherapy to complement the reiki. It completely elevated the experience in a way I wasn't expecting. At the end, she told me that a couple of my chakras were blocked and she provided me with recommendations for releasing the blocks which I found to be so helpful. I have already recommended Marcela to my friends and I would 100% go back to her again. My experience was so positive that I'm even thinking about taking her Level 1 Reiki Training! She is a natural healer and I'm so happy I got to experience her gifts.

I recently had my first reading, and was so blown away by the experience, which felt like a cross between a therapy session and a meeting with a medium. The guidance that my guides/teachers/family members gave me through Brea felt like long elusive puzzle pieces that had dropped into my lap. I've never before tapped into this dimension that surrounds us, and had no idea what to expect. Because of this experience, I've made some fundamental shifts in how I am managing my life journey. It was a powerful supplement to my years of therapy, bringing me a deeper level clarity. The best part is that she recorded the entire session, and I have listened to it several times, peeling back more layers of understanding. I look forward to delving deeper into my Akashic Records with Brea, and highly recommend Brea for anyone who is looking to gain a better understanding to their life journey.

I was stressed trying to find someone who could work on my knots and relieve the pain. Yelp has always helped find a great resource in the past and this was no exception. I found Claudia here on Yelp and she was a total blessing. Her studio is comfortable and clean. I explained what my body had been going through and she quickly threw out some suggestions as she started to get to work. She found some trouble spots right away and really worked on them. It was sort of that pleasurable pain that comes with muscle tissue. As it's worked on, it can be a bit painful. However, after it is worked on, it feels 110% better. That was truly the case here. I mentioned that if she found additional spots to kneed out, to please keep going. She certainly found and kept going! Definitely longer than your usual session, but OH SO WORTH IT! Continued feeling loose and good for days after. If you're in need of some deep bodywork, give Claudia a call. You'll thank me later! Keep on Yelp'n!

I made an appointment with Erin at Mind Body Solutions for my first Reiki session while on vacation in Oceanside. First impressions... Erin's studio is beautiful. You feel the good vibes the moment you walk in the door and it's clear she's deeply invested in her practice by the tools that are beautifully displayed. Erin is warm and welcoming the moment you meet her. Although this was my first Reiki session and I was not sure what to expect, I felt completely comfortable with her, and even more so as she began an easy conversation with me that built rapport before we started the session. Erin artfully weaved into the conversation what I could expect during the session, and it felt more conversational than informational, and by the end of it, I felt I could trust her to let the session just flow without my guard being up. I was very relaxed and comfortable and ready to dive deep. Erin led me through a beautiful guided meditation unlike anything I've ever experienced. It was so loving and safe and slow and I was able to shut off my thinking brain and let go. Erin incorporated crystals, crystal singing bowls, oils and I don't really know what else into my session, but the experience was profoundly healing. I've never been able to successfully get through an inner child healing experience, but I absolutely did with Erin and it was incredibly beautiful, healing, and inspiring. Just as she eased me into that state, Erin eased me out slowly and without rushing me. As she began to share some of her insight from the session and I shared my experience, I was blown away by the intimacy of her intuition. If you've hesitated to try Reiki, if you're nervous or anxious, let your first experience be with Erin.
