I am grateful to have found Erin! Read more below. **Reiki Discovery** Wow, let's just say that she's opened my eyes to Reiki and I now have new experiences with the world. I heard about Reiki but never really knew what it was all about. A friend suggested I give Reiki a try so I went on a search for a Reiki practioner. Geez, there are so many practioners and it was a little confusing at first to figure out which one was right for me. It wasn't until I found Erin's website and booked a free consultation session with Erin that I knew I wanted to experience Reiki with her. Erin was very patient with miss newbie here and explained what Reiki was during the phone consultation. I was enlightened and very curious so I booked a Reiki session with intuitive reading with Erin. **Reiki Sessions** At my first Reiki session, I completed a brief form as a new client so that Erin could develop a treatment plan for me. After a brief convo, Erin started her Reiki treatment on me. Although I fell asleep for part of it, I had an incredible experience. In a very good way, something felt different in me because Erin was able to move energy throughout my body. We talked about my experience and then she told me about her intuitive reading from the session. It was very interesting and Erin patiently answered all of my questions to help me understand my experience. I was intrigued so I returned for more sessions because I found them to be a gentle spiritual healing...something I never thought I needed but now really enjoy having in my life. A few sessions and conversations later, Erin suggested that I might want to learn how to practice Reiki so I decided to take her level 1 class. :-) **Jikiden Reiki Shoden (Level 1) Class** This was a very informative two days of class sessions where I learned about the history of Reiki and how to connect to Reiki energy. Additionally, I was able to practice giving Reiki to another student in class, which made it a great hands-on experience and a fun way to help solidify my learnings over the class sessions. I was amazed that I learned how to practice Reiki and attribute this rapid learning to Erin's awsome teaching capabilities. She is a master! I felt incredibly empowered by this new spiritual experience. I look forward to an opportunity to advance my abilities with Erin's Jikiden Reiki Okuden (Level 2) Class! After completing the Level 1 class, all students receive an official stamped and hand written Japanese calligraphy certificate from the Reiki Institute in Japan! This is the real deal folks - you're learning the pure authentic form of Reiki. I love it! **Parking** Ample street parking in a quiet residential neighorhood that is within walking distance to local eateries in Culver City. I've always easily found street parking on her block. In summary, if you are searching for a thoughtful, kind, humble, knowledgeable, and giving Reiki master/sensei who only wants the best for you, then Diamond Mind Reiki with Erin is the right place for you. While everyone's experience is unique, I hope that you find your experience as fulfilling as I have found my experiences with Erin. She has special healing hands and a caring heart that are gifts to this world.

I made an appointment with Erin at Mind Body Solutions for my first Reiki session while on vacation in Oceanside. First impressions... Erin's studio is beautiful. You feel the good vibes the moment you walk in the door and it's clear she's deeply invested in her practice by the tools that are beautifully displayed. Erin is warm and welcoming the moment you meet her. Although this was my first Reiki session and I was not sure what to expect, I felt completely comfortable with her, and even more so as she began an easy conversation with me that built rapport before we started the session. Erin artfully weaved into the conversation what I could expect during the session, and it felt more conversational than informational, and by the end of it, I felt I could trust her to let the session just flow without my guard being up. I was very relaxed and comfortable and ready to dive deep. Erin led me through a beautiful guided meditation unlike anything I've ever experienced. It was so loving and safe and slow and I was able to shut off my thinking brain and let go. Erin incorporated crystals, crystal singing bowls, oils and I don't really know what else into my session, but the experience was profoundly healing. I've never been able to successfully get through an inner child healing experience, but I absolutely did with Erin and it was incredibly beautiful, healing, and inspiring. Just as she eased me into that state, Erin eased me out slowly and without rushing me. As she began to share some of her insight from the session and I shared my experience, I was blown away by the intimacy of her intuition. If you've hesitated to try Reiki, if you're nervous or anxious, let your first experience be with Erin. You'll walk out empowered and profoundly healed and ready for your next promotion in your spiritual journey.

A Transformative, Life-Changing Healing Journey…read more Azadi Healing has played a profound role in my life and in my family's healing. I began my journey a few years ago after surviving immense childhood abuse, living with complex PTSD, and navigating the pain of not having a relationship with either of my parents. I knew something had to change--I wanted to break the cycle, to learn how to reparent myself, and to show up as the best version of me for my three children. I started with inner child healing, where I learned how to meet my little girl exactly where she is, to understand what she needed in the moments I felt triggered, anxious, afraid, abandoned, or wounded. This alone was life-altering. I finally had tools to comfort, nurture, and guide myself in ways I never received growing up. From there, I began attending guided meditations, which helped calm my nervous system in ways I didn't know were possible. After years of panic attacks and anxiety, I can honestly say I no longer suffer from them. I am able to recognize, regulate, and soothe myself with confidence and clarity. In the last couple of years, I've invested in breathwork sessions, and they have completely transformed my life. Through intentional breathing, I have unlocked parts of my soul I never knew how to access. I set intentions before every session, and I have manifested a life beyond my wildest dreams. Breathwork has taught me how to tap into my internal strength--especially during moments of fear--and regulate what I'm experiencing from a place of empowerment, not panic. Azadi Healing hasn't only changed my life; it has deeply impacted my husband as well. The growth, peace, and grounding we've both experienced are truly priceless. I cannot recommend Azadi Healing enough. Every service they offer has supported me in becoming healthier, more present, and more whole. If you are ready to step into your healing, to break generational cycles, and to reconnect with yourself on the deepest level, this is the place to begin. Azadi Healing is nothing short of life-changing.
