It is a bit out from city center but it is worth the Uber ride. The restaurant is at the old meatpackjng district. Certainly has that Brooklyn Williamsburg vibe.
We came at the end of September so it got dark already but one can imagine this place in the summer.
The entrance has a bar section, convenient when you have to wait for a table inside. There is a wash basin for hand washing by the entrance. Super important these days. They provide white towels instead of paper towels - environmental friendly! A star for that.
Inside is industrial feel with exposed concrete pillars. White linen tables and communal high tables.
Menus contains dishes from all over the world but with an interesting interpretation. Certainly can do individual dishes but family style sharing would be great to try many more items on the menu. One of the must haves is the crème brûlée with iberico ham and figs.
Lots of by the glass options but also some high end ($$$$) interesting wines. However, I'm not sure this is a right fit. read more
