However, I wanted them for my teen son's first tennis match for Trinity High School today (Tues). Courtney messaged me back quickly and said she could have my order ready for Tuesday pick up. She had the cookies individually wrapped and beautifully boxed and included a special shamrock cookie with sprinkles for me on top. Had the cookie today at work... no way mine was making it til the tennis match & definitely not making it til tomorrow for St. Patrick's Day! It was delicious, and I bake great desserts and am not usually ever an iced cookie fan. I am now! Soft and moist cookie and perfectly flavored icing... not sickeningly overly sweet, just enough! So now I need to hop on and see what Easter cookies are available! Great service, delicious cookies, ingredients on each wrapped cookie package. Thank you, Courtney!

So very delicious! I've been spotting social media postings from this local bakery and was excited…read moreto find the pop up at the Gaslight Festival. My husband and I got several flavored cookies (strawberry, blueberry, carrot cake and apple cider). Our favorite was the oatmeal cream pie! My husband declared it the best cookie he's ever had. The Pocket Bakery offers custom cookie designs, including ones for your business logo. I especially liked the option of having a cookie in a hanging box which can be hung from a bottle (wine, beer, soda) - great party favor or gift idea.

Absolutely skip this place unless you want to pay triple premium for average at best food. I used…read moreto visit 2-3 times a week and the owner was always there. Never cheap, but the food was great and correct and an owner had to make a buck! I get it, I am a waiter. Fast forward. Car died so I have not been out for late night at Taco Rico. A new woman took my order. A campechano burrito, 4 tacos, rice and beans. Standard tacos are onions and cilantro. I asked for them loaded: lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream. She said there would be a charge and I said, of course it is more food. The total was $43.60. Yes you read that right. Plus I tipped her. Get home. Plain tacos, so God knows how much she charged me for whatever I did not get. And the rice and beans...usually a big container of each. Tonight a scoop of each in one box and not much at that. The meat on the tacos and burrito was dry. As in better have a glass of water handy dry. The rice was probably from yesterday as it had no moisture. I used to gladly give him good money for great food after leaving my restaurant. Now the food was D+...I will be generous maybe C-. As for the prices how does that add up. Say 5 dollars a taco (what??) So 4 = $20 Then say 15 a burrito. Steep but worth it if it was large (which it definitely was not) and good, but it was average at best. That would leave $8 (freaking) for a splash of rice and beans. I am sad because my favorite taco truck is now a place that will NEVER EVER see one penny of my business. I have never written a review before but this was SUCH a huge ripoff I want to warn others. Save your money and seek out a real truck. Guy was my fave, his crew lost at least 300-400 a month in business. Not to mention referrals. My guests are always asking where to go if they get hungry later. Taco Rico will never be mentioned. I am not bitter. But $43.60 for such little food AND it was wrong. Major skip
