I wanted some help with my autoimmune diseases. I had terrible headaches a few days into the treatment but her assistant said I must "stay the course". My blood pressure also fell very low (I have normal pressure, no meds). I sent an email and she sends me this info on "die off" reactions (which it was not). I was having trouble with my eyes (Sjorgren's) and asked to pause the treatment. My autoimmune problems were actually getting worse. They first agreed and then later said I could only pause one month. I was not allowed to even talk to her about my problems unless I paid another $506! At that point, I said forget it. She later sent me an email saying she wished I could have "reached out" to her. Please! From talking to other people who have gone through functional doctors, I don't think she's on the same page. I spent about $2000 for nothing.

I was referred to Dr Washington for pain management and help me get off my high power pain pills that is effecting my kidneys and liver. I really did not like Dr Washington. This was my first visit with her and she only took about 3 min to assess my medical history and to get to know any thing about me and my condition, she already had the solution to my problem. I tried to tell her more about my sisuation and I was having headaches, and knee aches ect...she just shushed me up with a wave of her hand, as if if to say, shut up! She said I would have pain relief in 10 min. She put two shots in my back and that was the last I saw of her. Her assistant came in and checked on me and asked me If was better. I said, No! They said it could take a few days to feel better, What happened to 10 min? The assistant scheduled me another appointment to come back in a month to get the same procedure done again and she does not even know if it work if it worked the first time. Well the next day I might have a small refieve of my lower back but it's to soon to know because my back is bruised where she jabbed those needles so deep without anything to numb the area. Dr Washington was so heavy handed like I was not a real person. She didn't even tell me what to expect or ask me if I felt any relief, she darted out of the room and went to the next patient before I could even pull my paints up. Strange thing I could hear her talking to the next patient and she did her the exact same as me! She did not listen to her either and gave her the same diagnosis as me. She gave her the same injection she gave me. As the lady was leaving the room, I heard the assistant ask the lady are you better and the patient said NO! WHAT The HELL! We all going to get the same diagnosis no matter what our systems are? She does not even listen to our sysptoms or our history so she knows how to treat us. How is she going to know what's wrong with us? She didn't even listen to me when I told her I was having headaches and my knee was hurting. So I doubt very seriously that will get better from two injections in my back. I would say clear from this lady she does not give a damn about her patients. She just heard us in like cattle and heard us out the same way with the same medicine. We are not the same and our pain is not the same and we don't need the same treatment.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this office. I went in for a callus and…read morecorn removal, the procedure itself was quick and fairly easy. The doctor put a bandaid on it and said there was blood bc of a sweat gland. I was in a bit of pain still after leaving, but thought nothing of it bc of the cut. The next day I still had pain which led me to believe the callus had not been fully removed. After contacting the office, I was told to wait until the bleeding healed to verify where the pain was coming from. I patiently waited and then scheduled a follow-up appointment to address the continued pain, after three days. The earliest appointment that worked for me that they had available was approximately 7 days later (there was a weekend in those days). When I arrived, however, I was told I would have to pay either my copay or another $50 callus removal fee before the doctor would even look at me to correct the issue. This is when I learned that corns apparently can't be removed, only calluses can be shaved off (apparently I needed to read the fine print before signing and would have known that). This was incredibly frustrating as the first time I had a callus/corn taken care of (from a foot doctor in Florida) I had no issue, no pain and confidence that I wouldnt have to worry about the problem for another good longtime (5 years to be exact). Again I am flabbergasted by the staffs dismissive behavior and the nurses down right rude and disgruntled attitude. They made it clear that I would not be seen unless I paid the additional fees, along with an overdue fee that until that day I had never seen or been aware of. An overdue fee that was 3 years old! A overdue fee that had never been communicated to me before that day (not even at my appointment 7 days earlier)--no overdue notices, no phone calls, nothing! This lack of transparency and poor communication is unacceptable. Clearly I am not a subject matter expert on feet, and am an average joe when it comes to "reading the fine print," but I truly do not believe I deserved to be treated the way I was! I would not recommend this office to anyone.
