They scraped the old ceiling finish off, and relocated and replaced a busted attic access. The rehung multiple doors, replaced busted deck steps, and built a huge fence and RV gate for me. Honestly I was surprised at the quotes as I expected them to try to take me to the cleaners as most of the contractors I have dealt with out here were super pricey. Change out a light switch plate? Sure, for twenty bucks. Here's the kicker though, and what sets them apart from the rest; I live in AZ. Giving contractors access to a house unsupervised can make the most trustworthy person think twice. I have cameras set up throughout my house though, and every day they were there early in the morning, doing the work without needing to be supervised. Every night they cleaned up after themselves and locked up and not once did I catch any of their guys in the master bedroom trying on the wife's lingerie when nobody was looking. They royally screwed up the work and then refused to return phone calls or texts. Some of their work included things like a 5/8 inch exposed seam along one wall they filled with wood and silicon. There was several cracks around the main sink and the hole was miss cut making in several features of our Kohler Galley sink unusable. They refused to make any of these issues right.
