Privacy fence. Terrible communication and poor quality work. still finding boards that aren't nailed properly. I will never use them again!

Rick was very helpful explaining my options and what would look the best. My job was scheduled and the crew showed up exactly as planned. They were courteous, respectful of my home (drop cloths everywhere they walked, rolled up daily when they left), and punctual. I've never seen a harder working crew...no messing around like I've encountered with other jobs. The work was finished within a week, clean up was spotless. You don't have to worry about multiple jobs either...which is a huge plus. Once they start your job, they're there until complete. Compared to several other bids, price was a bit lower too. An added bonus, honesty...I wanted a bid on other work. Rick said no, it was out of their expertise. I appreciate the honesty instead of being told yes and it ends in a mess. I highly recommend this company, and it's worth the wait for the quality of work you get. I wish they built houses!

Gorgeous windows and so clean. I did have one single pane out of the bunch get moisture in it and within one call they had a new window ordered no questions asked. They left my wood frames windows stacked for me at my request and we're super friendly. Overall this cautious woman would hire them again and again!!!!

I called to request someone come by to give a quote. While speaking with the person on the phone, I…read moreexplained to them all I needed done was a frame for 2 walls, and plywood installed on one side of those walls. Basically, one day or maybe a day and a half of work by 2 experiencd guys. We were going to finish the rest ourselves. He ask me to hold while he spoke to, who he said would be the person giving the quote, which was later confirmed by the person who showed up. When he got back on the line, he said that he was told this project is sounding like it would cost around $2500, but they would need to come by to give an official quote, which would cost $300, but that $300 would be put towards the quote. I have the email to prove it, but I was totally fine with that, since I would most likely be using them anyway, so I said come on. Never received a call on when they were on their way, as they said they would, they just showed up. So someone in our house had to come and tell me he was here. Measurements took about 15 minutes, then had to remeasure due to I was off just a tad about how my daughter wanted the walls run. So maybe 15 more minutes. While he was here, and since I was already paying $300, I requested another job done the same way down at my shop. Total wall lengths added together everywhere was maybe 50' at best. No wiring, no sheet rock, no finishing, just plywood on one side. Afterwards, he said he'd have the quote in about a week. I said, well let's go ahead and put it on the schedule cause I'm going to go ahead and use yall, basically due to how professional and likeable he was. Then, and this is where I basically figured I lost a quick $300 in less than an hour of his "quoting". He said, "Usually, I need my guys to do at least 40 hours a week, so we'll see". Which, they could've said on the phone during the explanation to them of what I was wanting done. And sure enough, the quote came back an outrageous almost 4 times more than what we discussed on the phone, on the first 2 wall frames at about 21 feet. Then on the other 2 wall frames, it was nearly $15 thousand dollars. These are astronomical prices, compared to my other quotes I later received. I feel they already knew they weren't going to do the job, but it was a quick $300 dollars for less than an hour quoting, so they acted like they were interested to make the bucks. Can't give you a review for quality of work, or type of service they did, I can only give you a value rating and maybe a morality rating, which would be,"BEWARE, IT'LL COST 2 ARMS AND 2 LEGS TO HAVE THIS COMPANY, NOT ONLY TO DO THE WORK, BUT FOR JUST A QUOTE". There's no shame whatsoever in this company snagging the quote fee, and moving to the next victim......js. This is definitely not the company to contact for small jobs. Signed Disabled Army Veteran

This company should exemplify its 6 point service commitment, it is fallacious at best, after the…read morefirst day it was clear that vaping and littering our property was more important than their 6 point service commitment, clean as you go is not something that is practiced by Damon and Justin, who openly admit they are the longest lasting sub-contractors for the Log Guys company, due to inferior work of other sub-contractors, that tells us you have a high turnover, as we shared our concerns with Damon and Justin, they said they wanted us to be happy and would take care of any issues we had, this was promising, and thought there was no need for further review of their work and the project, (TRUST), as a precautionary approach we decided to follow up with our concerns by reinspected the job, which I am sure most of your clients don't do, they look at the overall job and not necessarily the details. Wow! none of our concerns were addressed, and showed Justine pictures, who stated, oh I will have to take a look at that, proceeded to get his ladder, packed his trailer up without a word, the only thing we saw was Damon and Justin leaving and their taillights. (Communication) Basically, telling us to pound sand, and not completing the job. I guess Damon and Justin were so embarrassed with their substandard work, they didn't even have the intestinal fortitude to face the client to discuss their integrity and mediocre work standards under the tutelage of the Log Guys, which are more important than the clients, so basically the clients' expectations are not real or genuine (Satisfaction Guaranteed) It's clear, attention to detail is not a priority when the crew is staining over bee's nest with no bee's, staining over moss, and not even removing leaf accumulation, insect webs, filling holes and hammering nails in before staining, lets stain right over it. I Guess the Log Guys consider this (Craftsmanship and quality) and laudable when nails are removed and not replaced, and left on our roof, you Nicole Carr, Jordan White, Dustin White, Stephanie Chapman, Jeff Parks, Jason Douglas must be so proud. It should also be noted that despite each of your claims of a 6-point client satisfaction commitment, they are and continue to be violated with contempt for any client that questions the mediocre work you each have condoned through the various sub-contractors you use, and if the client doesn't lower their standards to yours, (LOG GUYS) we are not worthy of your best, maybe this is your best?. In any case, as long as the LOG Guys get their money, who cares what the client thinks, since none of you can be contacted through your website or the chat option after several attempts. We look forward to hearing from anyone of you to discuss our concerns further, however, somehow based on your track record and reading your profiles of success at the expense of the clients you claim are important to you.
