He basically knowingly ripped us off. He collected $9000 upfront to buy materials with the understanding material would be delivered right away and work would start. Nothing happened and he mysteriously disappeared for two months. When the work started he would only work about 2 hours a day. A deck that should have taken at the most two weeks to do is still not finished after 9 months. Even worse the workmanship is of such poor quality that it will cost several thousand to redo to make it even safe. Another part of his scam is that he asked for another $6000 to finish the job we had contracted . The deck is only about half finished and he has collected about 80 percent of the agreed upon monies. Worst experience in 20 years dealing with contractors, you do not want to hire this guy to do anything at all.

After three weeks passed with no communication, I called and they said Renee would call back and set up a visit. No call, she said she showed up and building would not fit. I tried to talk to Renee over the phone (just wanting to buy a building) and she kept talking over the top of me not giving me a chance to hardly talk at all. Said I would have to pay an additional $1300 to have it built on site. Again, same size building as delivered by them 6 years ago, but can not deliver today??!! Renee was the most hateful person to speak to. I responded to her that I may need to order a different building or go to a different company ... she quickly said "Fine, I have cancelled the order" - what a great way to keep business coming. I was a return customer who will never recommend or use Robb's again due to the attitude and NON-helpfulness of Renee (one of the owners). What a joke! Gave one star since could not select zero!
