There is nothing legit about this company. I contacted them about renovation work on a house I…read morebought. Eric came to the house, and was very agreeable, and I thought I liked him for the job. He came up with a bid, and we agreed to go forward. The total bid was around $15,000. I had to pay him $9,000 to "secure myself as the next job he did". He gave me a rough estimate of when he could start. Within that time, I had a series of bad luck, and was forced to sell the house. I called him and explained my situation. At first he said he would give me a complete refund, but later that day he sent me a long text about being a Godly man, and being that, he couldn't give me a refund. After texting with him some more, he agreed to refund me $5,300. I only ever got $4,500 back from him. I'm guessing it was all he had left of my money, because he's borrowing from Peter, to pay Paul. I am now debating small claims court for my remaining money. All in all, I knew this guy for a month. Don't waste your money, time, and hopes on this guy.

The top of the foundation which is supposed to be flat and level varies as much as 3 inches. I stopped him before he tried to pour the basement floor. Again the prep work was sub-par. So far he has refused to rectify any of these disasters. And refuses any communication. Run from this guy.

Renee was the most hateful person to speak to. I responded to her that I may need to order a different building or go to a different company ... she quickly said "Fine, I have cancelled the order" - what a great way to keep business coming. I was a return customer who will never recommend or use Robb's again due to the attitude and NON-helpfulness of Renee (one of the owners). What a joke! Gave one star since could not select zero!
