This place used to care about their appearance and customer service. They don't care anymore. Over time their customer service has dwindled while their prices skyrocketed as if they deserve the higher rate. I made an appointment and waited at the front desk for almost 20 mins for someone to come out and over 2 hours later my car was still in the parking lot untouched. I finally had to call around to find another place. Not only was I able to find a place they got to me in 10 mins and had me out within the hour. I stopped in 30 min after close, the door was locked and someone still came out to help me. I received a quote for window tinting for the next day. dropped off my car the next day, fast work, done well. when I left I noticed a mistake on the receipt. when iwent back they double checked their work to make sure it was done correctly and fixed the receipt problem. They did a horrible job and was very rude when I came back to have it redone at the request of the shops owner. The owner ask me to come back on Friday when I stopped by to have the tint checked out the Monday before. I guess it slipped his mind because he wasn't there and all I was left with was someone rude to deal with. Expecting to wait behind 4 other customers after I had already done so the week before. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for quality work and customer service. read more

they do not honor their lifetime guarantee policy. it has been six years since I had it done and it had begun to peel. so I went thinking they as a business would honor the guareentee and redo it. but I was rudely told to come back 2x only upon calling and coming in the 3rd time I spoke with the owner and was accused of having someone else putting tint over his tint. even after contacting BBB who contacted me to say no response from SolarPros. So you better hope it lasts a lifetime cause their promise won't! read more

I wish I could give this place negative starts. They don't value appointments I had a 10:30 appointment and my car didn't get touched until 12:30. Apparently they take friends and family members before they take actual customers who make appointments. Very unprofessional. read more

I normally dont write reviews but I was very satisfied with the customer service and ease of scheduling. I called about an hr prior and they just simply said "we stop taking cars at 6, but call if you are close and we will get you in." Every other place I called was not this flexible. I was in and out probably around an hr or so. Very relaxed, professional atmosphere; would definitely recommend to anyone! High quality tint as well. read more

I just had Solar Pro apply the Suntek paint protection film to my new vehicle. Solar Pro crew always does an outstanding job. I have dealt with them over the past 9 years (4 separate vehicles) and they always do a great job. I had one vehicle with a bubble in the window film after about five years, and they replace the film at no charge when I showed them my receipt. I have had three vehicles with the paint protection film applied. One vehicle back in 2008, another vehicle in 2012 and my new 2017. The 2012 vehicle is a daily driver with over 80k miles and the paint protection film still looks good. If you are needing a rush job, dont look here, Solar Pro takes time to do quality work - and they back it up! I have always been patient with them getting the job done, and it has paid off. went in with no appointment not expecting to actually be able to get my windows tinted that day. When I went in they said they could work on it right away. After a bad experience with total eclipse tinting down the road these guys completely brought me out of a bad mood by doing a great job.
