While he "claimed" to have diagnosed the issue, he just proceeded to fix it. At the time, as it appeared to have been fixed I just paid him the amount he asked which was over 300 dollars. Less than 24 hours later, my heat is acting up again and he is not guaranteeing his work now and will not come back to resolve the issue without me paying him more money... smh. Dealing with professionals for service work is super sketchy from what I have been seeing..

He wanted an additional $250 to replace a $40 fan blade. He charged me $450 for a fan motor and a so called Cap, nonexistent piece. when called out about it on the phone he told me, how else am I supposed to make my money and then threatened to call the police for phone harrassment. I received another quote from somebody else for $650 on the weekend also and he told me all he was trying to do was to beat the estimate of the repair. Now, it has cracked the AC frame and making a very loud noise and I have to get somebody else out here to fix it.

While standing under the AC vents with my hand on the vent with no air flow I was told on the phone that the system was fine "I'm looking at the computer now and I can't see a problem." Then your computer is the problem because the the AC is not working. This is the second time to have a similar conversation about the same issue. For 5 months I've been trying to get a resolve to this and nothing. They have so many inefficient units that when you try and have a service tech out it's a crap shoot as to when they show. The last excuse I received from their office to a late service tech was that they didn't get my message until he was already on a call. Mind you I left the message at 7 the day before and again at 7:45am the day of. The building maintenance man called repeatedly throughout the day with no answer till around 1 pm Then the service tech left with the system still not up to par with the excuse that he didn't have time to fix it. He arrived at 2:30 pm I wish yelp had - stars
