Last summer, I was told I needed to replace my HVAC system before this summer because it uses R-22. Naturally, that was stressful and felt like a huge unexpected expense. He explained that as long as the unit is working properly, there's no need to replace it just because it uses R-22. He also clarified that refrigerant doesn't need to be added unless there's a leak (contrary to what I had previously been told about it needing regular refills). At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into replacing something that still works. Instead, he focused on what was actually necessary and in my best interest. Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both.
