Last summer, I was told I needed to replace my HVAC system before this summer because it uses R-22. Naturally, that was stressful and felt like a huge unexpected expense. When Will came out, he carefully inspected the system and then walked me through the facts. He explained that as long as the unit is working properly, there's no need to replace it just because it uses R-22. He also clarified that refrigerant doesn't need to be added unless there's a leak (contrary to what I had previously been told about it needing regular refills). At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into replacing something that still works. Instead, he focused on what was actually necessary and in my best interest. That level of integrity is rare and incredibly appreciated. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and values doing the right thing over making a quick sale. Then come to find out where the pipe goes out the roof they didn't seal it properly and it is leaning and pulling shingles back ; it also leaks water . I called them he said they would come fix and the never did. Then four that the drain pipe going from bottom of heater to outside wasn't wrapped in moisture wrap; so it was leaking water into crawl space . I called him two day before buyers inspection was to happen he promised to come and fix this stuff and never did. Because of the water leaking in crawl space and the roof buyer backed out of sell. Then notice the return cover was bent and when I called him he said he ran out of material so he didn't come before inspection. When I told him it cost the sell of the house he said it wasn't his problem any longer and Larry hung up on me . I called back and told him I would take him to court he laughed and said do what you want and hung up and now won't answer the phone . I would never use this company ever again nor recommend you use them either. He is cheaper and I guess you get what you pay for. Trust me when I say be very careful when ever dealing with this company. Oh and he charged me an extra two hundred because I payed with my credit card. That was icing on my cake.

Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. They are fake, not genuine people, it was their unprofessionalism that shocked me. He was sooo diligent he replaced plastic caps with metal ones and mounted things and wires the had been left to hang. The issue we had been told by previous HVAC "pros" was going to need a whole new system and cost 6,000. Ryan found the issue and recharged the unit and used the best leak stop money can buy for a quarter that price my house feels amazing! I keep the thermostat at 72 it's so cold. It was the best repair experience I have ever had. Any good home owner knows quality is always worth the price.
