I worked with Jeffery from the start. He was great to work with explaining the different system options and ensuring I got the right size system (even when I thought I needed a larger system he explained why the system size was appropriate instead of just taking the opportunity to have a larger sale). He was always willing to answer any question I had (there were a lot) and get a fast response. The install team was excellent. Sonny and Ryan were the guys I spoke with the most (the rest of the team including Gabriel, Rainer, Serge, and Andrei were all great too, just limited interactions). Sonny and Ryan ensured that everything was done correctly. Even though the install was scheduled for one day, it took a bit more with the complexities of my house and they really paid attention to the details to do things right instead of fast. Always did a great job communicating that was going on and sticking to the commitments they made. The JEA inspector was very happy with the work Synergy did, and explained that there were many companies around town that he would have to do multiple inspections or the systems were not installed correctly. I prefer to use small, local businesses as much as possible and this family owned and operated company, just down the street from my house was perfect. Razvan and his son Nicholas were right on time, polite and knowledgeable. Called on Friday to set an appt. and they had availability at 1030 on Monday. After some small discussion on what I was intending to use the plugs for e.g. one will be plugged in full time for my Goldfish pond waterfall. They made a recommendation and traced the old wires getting nice outdoor weather proof outlets on their own 15 and 20 Amp circuits installed within an hour or so after a quick trip to Home Depot to make sure what they installed matched everything else. Small example of how I could see how much price they take in their work to go and get matching stuff rather than throw in whatever they had in the van. Once that was finished I asked if they could take a look at my daughter's room because one switched controlled the power to ALL of her wall outlets and the fan. Razvan identified multiple issues and troubleshot everything while Nicholas explained what he was doing and how this or that worked. They went well above and beyond as this ended up requiring a rewire of the switch, a wall outlet AND the entire ceiling fan to get it all working on a new two switch light switch. I hired them last year to install wiring, breaker and a NEMA 14-50 plug for charging my new Tesla…read moreModel Y with the mobile charger. They came, did the work and all looked good. Six months later I started getting overheating errors at the plug and charging automatically drops voltage for protection. After a few times of this happening I decided to look at the plug to see if there were loose connections at the plug. The connections seemed to be not tight enough so I tightened them a bit more (I understand that they should be torqued so I didn't over tighten the connections). This seemed to have worked until it started to happen again seven months later. Decided to replace outlet with one recommended for EV charging and when I compared both plugs there was a huge difference in size. The one I ordered was industrial grade and was even marked for EV charging. Now they knew this job was for an EV charger and I don't understand why they installed a regular kitchen range NEMA 14-50, those cannot handle the duty cycle demanded by EVs. Perhaps they were not experienced enough on EV chargers. Needless to say, it now works fine and safely with the new plug.

When the service representative came here, he said he would run the diagnostics to be honest, he did not seem like he had much experience. He seemed like he was a young kid. He changed the capacitor about 15 minutes total that's being generous and I got a bill for $300. They did try to sell me extended warranty, etc., etc. but I was not interested as I was already annoyed by the $300For less than 15 minutes of work. Previously, I had worked with Ed kitchen who was the original owner apparently it sounds like they had combined businesses. The service and quality is just not there anymore.
