Solar Liberty was very professional and installation was quick and they explained everything as they went along. Even after installation, Chris was very helpful with making sure the adapters and the monitoring app were up and running properly. All in all it was a positive experience and obvious that Solar Liberty is customer relations focused and will be with you every step of the way!!

After checking out the references, we were pretty comfortable with the vendor. After we ran the numbers by our financial planner, we are looking at a nine year ROI. Considering the 25 year warranty on the panels, it seemed like a very good deal. Their work was super professional. A local project manager was in charge of the installation, and it went up in a couple days, even in inclement weather. Permits and inspections were done at various stages before and after the job was completed. Overall, very happy with Solar Liberty, and have recommended them to several friends.

The other factor was that during the stay-at-home order a lot of businesses was not open or having regular business hours.. PoolDeals put on there webpage that there was no shipping delays!!! GREAT! I planned a party for my son in a couple of weeks. I waited to see when my order would ship........and waited...... I made a service ticket to ask when it will be delivered. The reply was that things get shipped out 3-5 days. GREAT! I waited again to see when my order would ship....and waited... I made another service ticket to aske when it will be shipped. GUESS WHAT! There was a delay!! it will ship in 1-2 days. I was told that if I could wait I COULD ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK!! I waited to see when my order would ship......and waited... THEN I ASKD FOR MY MONEY BACK!!! GUESS WHAT!! NOW 2 in a half weeks later they tell me that they are shipping my order!!!!! FUCK THAT! Now I am sure I will get a shitty ass pool liner to go with there shitty as customer service!!! My son's number is..... Tell him you guys have a shitty company!! They accused me of lying that I did not receive an item. I also paid for "expedited order processing". I did not receive an in stock item for nearly 3 weeks. Finally called and requested a manager. Straight to voicemail. His message states due his high number of calls (no surprise). He states he will email you a response. He never responded. After 2 weeks of phone calls, emails, etc... I finally see my refund in my bank account. Never received a response. Avoid at all costs.

We scheduled another estimate. 10 minutes before they called and cancelled since they were in Buffalo and didn't really want to do a small job in Buffalo. I didn't move in the time since I made the initial request, and they are located in Attica which is between Buffalo and Rochester, but closer to Buffalo. Not very professional customer service.
