We had this company come out to install 2 of the solar fans and the TPI in our attic. The fans were…read moreinstalled incorrectly and they did a very sloppy job on my roof. We had to have someone come out to RE-INSTALL them correctly, which they paid for. Upon hearing about how much more energy efficient their products were, we were sure we were making a money saving decision. Since installing these products our electric bills HAVE NOT gone down! We got our most recent update on our electric company stating our upcoming bill is going to be $100+/- more than last month. This is UNACCEPTABLE! We were told we would notice a difference immediately, but its absolutely NOT TRUE! I expect this review to be deleted because they are misrepresenting their products and they tend to lean toward older people, to sell this stuff to. I have contacted the loan company and they said they don't arbitrage between sellers and buyers. We are senior citizens and we believe we were taken advantage of to get our money. Im going to contact anyone I can to let them know that we feel as we were scammed. If anyone thinking of buying these products wants to reach out to me for more information, please reach out to me at my email address (moda2929@yahoo.com). I will tell you the truth about this company. SCAMMERS!!!

We had Energy Home Pros come out to quote us for a total home window replacement at my mom's house…read more They quoted her around $30K and the guy even "haggled" with his manager over the phone to get a couple thousand discounted off of this. They said they would email the quote over. I followed up a few times to get this emailed quote to see for myself what they were trying to sell my mom for that much money. After many messages to them for the quote to be sent over, they have not responded at all. I am guessing the sales person realized that the quote would go to someone else for scrutiny and he could not trick my mother into this sale easily. Major predatory behavior. Watch out, folks. BTW, two other extremely well rated companies quoted us around $11K for total home window replacement.

He explained to me each of the things he was doing, what he looked for in an audit, and what to expect. He also answered all of my questions about the kind of improvements that were worth it and those that were a waste of money. We were required to have an Energy Audit to sell our home and our realtor recommended Andy. Lucky for us, Andy found no recommendations and gave us a good "bill of health." What I like more is that if he does have recommendations, he doesn't perform any work himself, providing a truly unbiased opinion. I fully plan on having Andy perform an audit of our next home, whether it is required or not.

I knew from the minute I talked with Bill Cook I wanted these guys to install (helped by the fact that my friend and well respected broker Eileen Gill recommended them VERY highly). Bill was patient with my questions, gave me a very thorough assessment of what i needed, was very transparent with pricing and options on COA rebates and programs vs what I needed. He didn't upsell, worked with my budget, and I felt like he really had my best interests at heart. The install teams were true professionals, very covid aware, clean and precise in their work, and I really felt like I had absolute experts taking care of my beloved home. Even during an ice storm event, they came through and finished the work and my home is now warm and cozy and the new furnace is so silent and efficient. Is it wierd that I wish I needed another AC? They are that good. What a find. I will for sure recommend them to everyone who asks.

They set up an online video chat to discuss the options and since I live in a smaller home (less than 1000sqft) and my electric bill is already so low, they actually explained that it just wasn't worth it for me to install a solar system. Their sales staff was super kind and honest and didn't attempt to upsell me. Instead, they explained that the payback period on a system of my size and with an electric bill as low as mine would be more than the average payback.
