I told her my son is 11 and is quite mature for his age. She was going to deny me service. I replied no and told her that I'm gonna get my service because that's what I came here for. She told me to let my son wait in the car. I then told her that I was parked all the way down the street on the other side of the block and she is asking me to put my son in the car with the AC on by himself along with the public and who knows what freaks out there. Then she told me I can't get my service if he is here. I'm here to get my service and I'm gonna get it, I responded. Then I abruptly told my son to go outside and wait for me like a dog (I wouldn't even do that to my own dog) in the hot heat. I asked her, as my son stood outside, if she had any kids, her response was no. I then proceeded to tell her that if she ever has any kids herself in the future, she will know why I was pissed. She then told me that it's just this branch manager that has that rule, and that it's not her fault she just does what she's told to do. My response, "well your manager obviously is not thinking clearly and should think before he/she acts. She was so thorough and I died and went to relaxation heaven during the head massage! Most importantly (and what prompted my review) is the level of integrity these gals operate on. As part of the service, you get a mask that they mix up themselves -- pretty cool and I imagine they can put in ingredients to help with your specific concerns. Well anyways, I guess the concoction was not the exact consistency so one of Erica's coworkers re-mixed the mask for her! Y'all, I would've never known that the consistency wasn't right! I was way too relaxed and de-stressed to know the difference but it just warmed my heart that this excellent group of estheticians strive to deliver high quality services! I can't speak for every employee but Erica really left her mark (with tint) on my face... I used to tint my own brows and it never turned out this horrible. The wax job itself was fine - she mapped out my face and left what she think I needed to grow out but it still looked messy once I scrubbed the tint off, which hurt considering it wasn't easy to remove. Let's just say I left not being able to look anyone in the eyes. How embarrassing! On a plus side, the inside of this business is very well taken care of and decorated nicely. As for leaving happy with the service, this was a bad experience for me and the $69 I lost.
