This year I called in to have my taxes done and he was the only one available. Was hesitant to use him and should have trusted my gut. The receptionists I will say are very accommodating and understanding. I went back and forth with them to get a call time with ryan because we don't live close had to reschedule a few times which was unfortunate. Once I did have my phone call appointment with Ryan he never called and I had to call them. Never got to speak to ryan directly only the receptionist who said he never received my email ( highly doubtful). After that she told me that ryan all of sudden isn't able to my taxes anymore after I already had an extension. Completely unprofessional and unwilling to call me himself and had to have the receptionist do it is also unacceptable. I will not doing business here anymore and I will also tell my family not to.
