My elderly mother got a FTB "Request for Tax Return" and the notice among other things was complicated and threatened penalties and assessment based taxes, etc., I wanted to take no chance that this would be one of those endless back and forth issues between us and the FTB. Robert made it painless and was worry free, took care of things 100% and his prices for his services are fair and straightforward. If you need a CPA, don't hesitate to give him a call. read more

Robert's customer service is absolutely terrible and he does not know how to run a business professionally. I would not recommend his services due to his lack of professional amongst other things. If you need any help with your taxes be sure to find someone else. read more

Rob has always been fantastic and helpful, highly recommended for saving your tuckus from the gov.

Robert the Bruce did a stellar job defending me against the IRS. The IRS was demanding that I owe about $15,000 in taxes. Anyone I spoke to for help was actually leading me down the wrong path that would ensure I would still owe. Mr. Bruce was the only person out of all the tax attorneys and tax accountants and IRS agents who gave me effective education on how to defend myself against the IRS. He knew everything right off the bat and didn't have to look anything up. It was obvious from my consultation that he was the only specialist who wasn't clueless. I was very anxious and emotional during the consult, and he was very calm and empathetic and stayed on the line with me the whole time to answer every single question thoroughly. It took him only a few minutes to file my taxes, and he brought the $15,000 down to -$16,000, meaning the IRS ended up owing me money. Thanks to Mr. Bruce, I saved (and made) money. Had I gone with all the other tax agents, I would have owed money. Robert Bruce is a life saver and a great guy. read more

I spoke with the receptionist and made a "phone appointment" to discuss my tax questions with Mr. Bruce. I made it know that I was willing to pay for the consultation. On the date and time of the appointment, I was never contacted. Mr. Bruce could be a great CPA....I wouldn't know because I couldn't speak with him. read more

I used his service for the years 2019-2021. Never again, I have been receiving letters from the IRS for 2 years now saying I never paid my 2019 taxes. But according to Robert, I did. A bit of miscommunication **EDIT We are working to get it resolved, so Kudos on the follow up Thanks Robert read more
