A wonderful lady named Maggie, was the one who took over my case and was very lovely assisting me and another cosigner. Maggie was always trying to work on getting everything we needed, but also managing to move our application forward due to assure information we had. She is very funny, outgoing, communicative, and knowledgeable. Mind you: That was only just through the phone. Now: In person before I showed up in person, she had expressed to me that she was going to go home at 6:00 PM. I was barely going to leave my area at that time and she still stayed until I arrived and the whole process without rushing or anything. She was very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do and didn't need to rely on anyone else for the steps moving forward. When she seen that I had an urgency to Bail, my friend out of jail and pick them up, I noticed that you started having more of an urgency as well and was working with me every step of the way, and trying to speed the process up and get everything going because I was just trying to pick my friend up already lol. May loved one had a release date so I arrived at the exact time the jail releases inmates. I saw many men being released but nowhere in the crowd was my loved one! I inquired at the jails front desk only to be told that the bond never posted. I phoned Chuck Taylor numerous times to no avail. To make a long story short I sat in the jail parking lot in the rain from 9am to 10:30pm!!! I finally made contact with Chuck Turner and he informed me rhat he was at a baseball game in Reno and that he was having another bail agent go post the bail. Well, the bail agent he used didn't post the bond because he claimed that he forgot. Then when he did post the bond all the paperwork was wrong!! I paid Chuck Turner $1,200 dollars and he promised me that he'd reimburse me a portion of that for all the mess ups on his end. Guess what? Of course!! Never saw a penny of that money. I've sent letters, phone calls and left messages with never a return reply. Bad news!!
