I was trying to bail out my friend and was going back and forth between Hotline and Aladdin. The reason why I went with Aladdin, was not because of the price, but the customer service. A wonderful lady named Maggie, was the one who took over my case and was very lovely assisting me and another cosigner. Maggie was always trying to work on getting everything we needed, but also managing to move our application forward due to assure information we had. She is very funny, outgoing, communicative, and knowledgeable. Mind you: That was only just through the phone. Now: In person before I showed up in person, she had expressed to me that she was going to go home at 6:00 PM. I was barely going to leave my area at that time and she still stayed until I arrived and the whole process without rushing or anything. She was very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do and didn't need to rely on anyone else for the steps moving forward. When she seen that I had an urgency to Bail, my friend out of jail and pick them up, I noticed that you started having more of an urgency as well and was working with me every step of the way, and trying to speed the process up and get everything going because I was just trying to pick my friend up already lol. Oh my goodness.. I don't even know where to begin!? Luis from the Fairfield office was uhhhhmazing. From the moment he picked up our call, &&& coordinated with some of us showing up &&& some calling in asking all sorts of questions. I had never been through anything like this &&& didn't know what to expect. He had someone in there with him by the name of Chris, she was really helpful as they were slammed with calls. I felt more at ease once he explained everything &&& pretty much gave me a mental picture of what everything would look like. I guess in the end it is results that matter in these situations. I would have given 5 stars but the guy who was handling our case in the beginning kept calling me at work over and over. I was about to give up and seek other professional help but Andres called me back the very same evening (AFTER I WAS OFF WORK) to follow up on the matter and brought our situation to a closure that was above satisfactory.
