I recently hired Michael and his team to:…read more - repair and texture-match two ceiling cracks - smooth an existing drywall patch - repaint the entire kitchen ceiling What went well -Prompt estimate & fair price: Michael visited the same day I called, provided a clear written quote, and scheduled the job quickly. -Protective prep work: On arrival, the crew covered floors, counters, and appliances with plastic sheeting, which kept dust to a minimum. - Straightforward flat-surface painting:Large, flat areas were painted evenly with no visible roller marks. Where we ran into issues - Rushed drywall repair: The joint compound was sanded and painted after one day (versus the 3-4 days Michael originally said it needed). A wall patch later developed small divots that my husband had to fill and sand. - Incomplete cut-in along walls:The ceiling paint stops ~ 1" short of the wall, leaving a noticeable unpainted border around the room. -Clean-up concerns: Four contractor-size trash bags of drywall scraps were left in our garage until we asked that they be removed. -Communication & professionalism: Michael's replies grew brief and impatient, and we received several payment-reminder texts even though we paid on the same date. Bottom line If you need basic caulking or painting on smooth, flat surfaces, this crew can deliver quickly at a fair price. For detailed drywall repair or careful edge work, you may want to verify their timeline, quality checks, and clean-up plan in writing before the job starts.

The work was completed beautifully and on time. The kitchen went from '90s oak to modern-looking black and white in a week! I really liked that they took the drawers and cabinet doors back to their shop to re-finish rather than using our garage as many other companies do. They painted our cabinet door hinges to match the new hardware, and even painted our paper towel holder and an outlet cover so that they would match. I will use the Wright Coatings for any future painting projects!

If you are wanting to refresh your kitchen cabinets before selling your home, I think you would be…read moresatisfied with Seth's work. If you are wanting to remodel the kitchen in your forever home, I would not recommend Seth. He was very rushed, finish on cabinets ( particularly lower cabinets which we painted black) could have done with another 1-2 coats and more attention to detail. I let him know that I was concerned the finish wouldn't last and he became somewhat defensive. He promised to do "touch ups" but that process was also very rushed and not thorough. Seth did not seem particularly concerned about whether we were fully satisfied or whether we would recommend him to others. He completed the job this week and I already feel that I will be spending some time doing further touch ups on the cabinets and walls.

We signed a contract for a marble counter top and marble backsplash install. We found the last 2…read moreslabs in the USA that we liked. Upon 1st installation they mismeasured the counter top and had to go back and cut again. No lines in the top lined up for a "pattern". They returned a 2nd day to install the backsplash and they cut a 48" piece to short! They said they would take a piece from the bathroom backsplash and "splice" it in. We told them absolutely not as you would see the piece immediately when entering the kitchen. When we asked what were they going to do Angel said she was calling to find another slab but there are none. We told her we would look for 2 more other slabs that we liked. She did find them and we went to see them and liked them. She was shocked that we would not agree to pay for part of the new slabs! They cut the other ones wrong, clearly there fault! I sat down for an hour and laid out each slab with every cut for entire kitchen so the pattern would flow. Went to there shop, my wife and I used blue tape and marked both slabs for all cuts. Went to shop couple days before install and owner said slab could not be cut the way I wanted because computer said so. I told him that the slab was long enough and tall enough that IT is going to work my way. He commented that the only way to cut the slabs the way I wanted was to cut the slabs old school. I said well that is what needs to happen. Long story short, when the backsplash went in, the did not cut the heights of the slabs tall enough. We had gaps from 1/8" (totally what we expected) to 1/2" gaps in other areas. They said that is normal! It is not. After 30 years or more in the business they are still not good enough for this work. Scheduling was a night mare to get us finished and after "discussions" on the phone we finally settled on a discount from total price. We would not recommend them again. They had previously installed granite in our kitchen (counter tops only and 4" backsplash and our outdoor grill) and this work was nice 15 years ago. Be careful and totally talk to them about what you want and what you expect before signing a contract. Good luck!
