I decided since it was my birthday to go ahead and treat myself and book a massage with Stephanie! Being that this place is fairly new I was able to book an appointment same day with Stephanie and I'm so glad I found her :) When I walked in she asked me if I had any problem areas and I told her mostly my shoulders and upper back because I work at a desk all day and my body gets stiff and I feel like I may have some knots. She was magic ! She concentrated in my upper back and shoulder area and pretty much got rid of all my knots ! I felt like a brand new person when I left there. The only thing I wasn't super happy about was when I flipped to my front side - she didn't want work on my shins or thighs and being that I am someone who works out and get massages pretty frequently it was odd to me that area was overlooked.

She utilizes cupping in her techniques which I had heard of before but was glad to have explained to me in depth before the massage started. She got a comprehensive history from me and not only asked me to describe where I was having pain but was also able to identify areas of tension on her own that I hadn't mentioned. I am a sonographer and many do not realize how frequently we suffer job related injury. Leslie had worked with other sonographers and was familiar with common areas of pain that are job specific. She has a lot of unique machines and cool tools that really make a difference. She's wonderful at explaining how each thing works and is the most professional masseuse I've ever had services from. I referred my friend Jeff to her and he went and is still able to walk now without a limp and without a cane due to the progress of pain relief from old injuries. My jaw and face were extremely tight for years with TMJ symptoms and pain; a few weeks of seeing Ana and it is already 90% healed.
