2026 update: Unfortunately Ana has moved and so this location no longer offers TMJ, Cranial Sacral nor Lymphatic Drainage (as of this writing) due to lack of trained staff. Additionally their listed times are not the actual length of massage but are shortened by at least a 5 min undress and 5 min redress which is excessive and reduces value. Lastly, their massage therapists often run late by 5-10 minutes most of the time. Original 5 star review: Ana fixed my TMJ issues! My jaw and face were extremely tight for years with TMJ symptoms and pain; a few weeks of seeing Ana and it is already 90% healed. This was honestly one of the most disappointing and most bizarre massage experiences I ever had in my life. It was my first visit and I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time. I did like the atmosphere as I walked in. I didn't get called back until 8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and by the time I got called back, chatted with the therapist, and got changed, it was 14 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I got the relaxation massage, hot stone, aromatherapy, foot scrub special. The term relaxation is a joke because the therapist would not stop talking about the most bizarre topics ever. First, she scolded me when I told her I hadn't had a massage in a while. That didn't help me relax. Then she started asking me about pets and proceeded to tell me about her dog that fell off her bed, had seizures after that, and eventually died. Again, not very relaxing. Then she had to tell me about her lupus, fibromyalgia, and cancer. Seriously not relaxing topics at all. Then the smell of my hair offended her. She had me on edge the entire massage with her constant chatter and poor choice of topics. She had me stressed out. Then, she spent more than half the massage just working on my legs. She maybe spent 6-7 minutes total working on my back, and it was when I was face up. She bent my neck strange hard in each direction and now I have to worst neck pain ever. Not only was this not relaxing at all, I left feeling worse than I did when I came in. Then remember how my massage did not officially start until 14 minutes after my appointment time? Well, when it was over, only 40 minutes had passed. I paid for a 50 minute massage and was shorted 10 minutes. When I checked out, the front desk did not even ask me how it went. I left a tip out of respect of the massage therapists time, but this was the weirdest experience ever. This place was not timely. The therapist would not stop talking and did not seem to have awareness of how inappropriate her conversation was, I was shorted time, and now I'm in terrible pain. I have been going to the gym (Anytime Fitness Apollo Beach) since June pretty much daily and working with my trainer , the owner 2x a week, just recently my quads got really tight and were constantly very sore, Rose my trainer suggest I have a professional massage therapist try and loosen them up. Horrible experience, waste of time & money. They got me back to the room promptly, first glimpse of the room was a turn off, carpet look ate up, bedding looked questionable, not a relaxing vibe at all. Then when she pulled back the covers, there were hairs on the sheet and small stains at head/face part. She asked me if I wanted her to change the sheets or just cancel the massage. I wanted to leave but I also needed a massage so I just went through with it. I should've just left, the massage was ok but 3 times I had to tell her lighten up, she just randomly upped her pressure. I had a facial scheduled right after and I cancelled it bc I didn't want to waste my time or money. The front desk lady said she would have to charge me a no show of $35 if I didn't get the facial. I never leave reviews but I came here for neck pain and got a therapeutic massage with medium pressure. It was just not good. She barely used any pressure. I told her my pain was in my upper back and shoulder and she barely even touched them. I basically paid to have lotion rubbed into my skin and I don't even know what kind of lotion because it was in an unmarked plastic cup. I'm not usually picky but I needed a massage to bad. I was very skeptical reading all the yelp reviews, but needed a deep tissue badly due to my back pain. This place has moved to a brand new business building compared to most of the reviews prior to mine. The business inside is simply fabulous. It's new, clean, and super stylish. The decor is gorgeous from the front desk to the hallway all the way down to the massage rooms. As far as the rooms, they're were amazing. Brand new super comfy tables with pillow top cushions, table heating, super plush fleece blanket and all around a beautiful gray and silver color for inside of the rooms. It was cold which is how I like it when I get a massage and then have the heating pad on. I requested a deep tissue for $45 which I thought was a steal but didn't expect too much, however I was so wrong. Fred was FANTASTIC. He introduced himself, was right on time, consulted with me about my trouble areas and was very professional. I have so many problems with my lower back and he truly went the extra mile with certain stretches to help me with my pain which I appreciated. He spent a total of 55 minus total which was exactly what I needed. They also provide warm towels during the massage which is great and soothing. My suggestion is having full time professional staff to answer phones and booking and then someone who does the check in and check out. I think doing a reopening to get this place promoted would help the business tremendously since they invested a lot since their last location. I came at 8p and that could be why also. The young gentleman was really nice and welcoming, but was also on his phone talking to someone my entire wait which didn't bother me, but I know that it would others as it's considered a spa or quiet place. And the only other thing was the paper thin walls and you could hear others talk or laugh but only here and there. Overall, my experience was great and way better than I expected and I would highly suggest it, especially for the prices they offer. If you're expecting a full on spa experience, this may not be it. The Groupon "deal" was a joke. I have had many massages over the last ten years, this wasn't the worst treatment I've had but this was the worst in terms of cost vs what I actually got. We did the couples package which was a 50 minutes relaxation massage, hot rocks, foot scrub, and aroma therapy. First, the whole thing was only 40 minutes, we were called back at 4:05 and they came in to start our session shortly after 4:10. They finished at 4:50 and we were checking out at 4:55. I told the front desk it wasn't the full 50 and she was like "I'm sorry it didn't feel like 50 minutes" and I told her it wasn't and stated the times and she just said oh sorry and kept checking us out. The foot scrub was just a scrub on the arches of my feet, he didn't put it anywhere else and there was a tiny amount used. The aroma therapy part was them rubbing their hands together over your nose and maybe you smelled it because they didn't tell you when they were doing it. The hot stone part was okay, I've definitely had them utilized better, still not worth the additional cost. My therapist didn't even talk to me. He didn't ask if there was anything that should be focused on or avoided, just "lay face down and undress to your comfort level" "flip over and slide down" "okay all done". Compared to their normal 50 minute prices, it was overpriced since the add ons, hot stones, foot scrub, and aroma therapy, were minimal/not effective at all. We were excited to find an affordable spa but we will not be back. read more

We had bought a couples massage for Our anniversary so we could relax a little after spending the morning with our kiddos, we were greeted very nicely at the front desk and are massages included aroma therapy so we were able to pick a scent, I choose the lavender and my husband got the orange they were both very aromatic, we were shortly greeted by Jorge and I forgot the other masseuses name but it was a woman who was very kind we walked back to the room which was well lit enough for us to get comfortable and the bed were warm as well. The massages were wonderful very peaceful and relaxing wasn't really focused on any areas but it was the right amount of pressure overall.
