Rejuvenation Spa is a sanctuary of care, kindness, and world-class service…read more From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were embraced by the calming energy of the space and even more so by Rene, the owner. Rene is a true master of hospitality. Her warmth, sincerity, and attention to every detail make you feel like you're her only guest. It's like walking into a private spa that was designed just for you. I brought my daughter here to celebrate her birthday and as a single, working mom and full-time student, I wanted to do something truly meaningful. Rejuvenation Spa delivered an experience beyond what I ever hoped for. I had a massage with Kirsten, and I say this with zero exaggeration: she's among the best I've ever encountered and I've had massages across the globe as a frequent traveler and road warrior. Her intuitive touch and skill are second to none. My daughter was equally pampered, first with an incredible facial by McKenzie (who left her glowing inside and out), and then with a soothing massage from Jasmine that she's still raving about. If you're looking for a gift for someone special or maybe you need to pause, breathe, and recharge, make Rejuvenation Spa your first call. The name says it all. You'll leave lighter, brighter, and completely renewed. Book the experience. You're worth it.

1. Facial Fire & Ice 60 min facial with hot stone neck/shoulder message…read more What I got was 35 minutes I timed it, no message with hot stone. $140.00 2. Message - Swedish 80 minute, was fine, nothing special, asked to do deeper before she started, didn't really answer me. Never asked If I like what she was doing, no verbal communication. $110 Gave me a cup of water with no ice in a paper coffee cup with lid. Nice 3. Manicure - again Ok, nothing special, didn't offer any drink and didn't have a lot of colors for manicure to choose from. $40 4. It was a Gift certificate my husband gave me for Xmas, $435.00 I called to ask If I could switch out what he paid for to get a deep tissue message, young girl told me I could not switch out because some of the services were discounted. What! Money is money but ok. Then when getting my nails done, I asked the working girls about it and they told me of course I could have switched it out. They had never heard of that before. Someone needs some training. 5. When I got there, they brought me back, hurried me up, gave me a key to a locker, asked if I wanted a robe, probably since I'm going to be here for 4 hours, then left, didn't tell me where shoes were, mind you the robe would of fitted a 400 pound women and the wrap was as big, I had to hold up everything with my hands. No one ever checked on me or met me in the room they told me to go to. They offered me Mimosa once, never again, and when I asked for water from the message therapist, it was in a coffee cup with a lid throw away kind. For $435.00 You would expect some sort of pampering, and attentiveness. Maybe not a foam cup with lid. 6. While checking out, I told the young girl I wanted to tip the girls, she told me it was included in the certificate. Then she tells me I still have $145 on the certificate. That can't be, are you charging me $145 for a pedicure I did not use? She told me I used $290.00 for spa treatments. That would be full price, not discounted prices she

Our therapist came right on time (12:15) and took us to the room. I loved that we were able to share the common spaces and experience the couples massage in the same room. The therapists reviewed our information and confirmed which services we would be receiving. The SOHO works package was 90 mins and we enjoyed that. We also added foot reflexology.
