Scheduling was easy, I wanted to book other items along with the massage but nothing else was available for couples so that was 1 drawback. I booked a month in advance so I was a little disappointed. For the massage, we were late being called back so the start of everything was rushed. BUT Hooray did my massage with hot stones, exfoliation and essential oils. He was amazing. I felt very comfortable and the pressure was perfect. My husband on the other hand was disappointed with his massage. He said he felt like she put hit oil on him and wiped it on. This is one of those places where the phrase "you get what you paid for" really shines through. I've been here on two separate occasions, receiving facial and massage treatments. I have to say the facial is totally worth it but skip the massage. The ins and outs of the massage: rooms are cold, no heat to warm the massage bed, no essential oils, no consult before massage asking what your trouble areas are and so forth. The only thing worth bragging about the massage is the price. I have received both a therapeutic massage and relaxation massage- both felt the same, hardly any pressure applied to trouble spots. If anything it felt like someone was just rubbing lotion on my skin. It was a very lackluster experience, to say the least. Again, if you come here definitely pamper yourself with a facial because both times the experience was great. A couple of items are different, not so much bad, just not what I'm used to: The regular, or "relaxing," massage is one price ($34.99) and the other massages are incrementally more expensive. For example, the therapeutic massage is $5 more and the deep tissue is even costlier. As well, the massages are only 50 minutes--no an hour. These two things don't really minimize the experience, I just wanted to mention them as I haven't seen that in other places. Again, kudos to Esther who truly knows what she's doing! Hello, I don't know who's in charge of this particular business, but I'm writing because I am very frustrated. I missed my appointment today due to a time error on my schedule and the lady that answers the phone today was extremely rude. When I decided to cancel instead of making an evening appointment, she hung up in my face. I called back and she refused to tell me who her boss was for that setting. I am extremely disappointed and I will be putting word out in social media about what transpired today. I will also try my hardest to find out who this lady's boss is to share my side at least. I don't think customer service should be like this at all. I was never rude, I didn't have a nasty tone or anything of the sort. All I did was ask questions. I don't think I deserved the disrespect I felt early this morning. I was looking forward to this massage. I've been very overwhelmed and upset and needed a massage to help calm my body. I arrived literally 3 mins before the appt time, checked in, filled out the paperwork then was called in pretty fast(which was great). When the massage and the extras were completed it was only 50 mins that passed. What happened to an hour massage??? I was worried some what because of covid. However from the time you walk in you feel safe. Very clean amd oeaceful atmosphere. Everyone is extremely nice and the guy who did my massage was wonderful. I have fibromyalgia and a plate in my neck and I was having a problem with my neck seizing up. He took his time and carefully worked on my problem doing everything he could not to cause me any pain. My memory is like 2 seconds long and I truly apologize, but I can not remember his name, he is from the islands.with a fantastic accent. I will guarantee you, ask for the man from Tortola, will not find a better massage therapist who will care more about your feelings, especially if you have muscle problems or pain.
