They charge $400, in advance, for make-up and hair plus strongly recommend a trial for the same price, $400 paid in advance, and if you don't like it, they try to sell you yet another trial for the same price, an extra $400. They encourage you to send photos of your "dream look" and when you show up, the girl they assign to you never received the photos. Upon arrival, they pressure you into getting extensions. What I send was a beautiful flowy concept of my "dream look" and what I got was a very tight French braid that any young girl off the street could have accomplished at no charge. They blamed it on the fact that I turned down the extensions. Save yourselves the aggravation and call Cutting Loose Salon, who accomplished my "dream look" without extensions at a fraction of the price, $75!

Sadly you have to pay everything up front to include a 20% tip even though things were horrible. The schedule for the wedding day that was given to the make up artists and hair dressers was 3 months old and so didn't reflect changes the bride made so stressed us out. I wouldn't even be written this review but the fact the owner Kelly Anne didn't even have the decency to reply to an email after the wedding ...when I declined a request to post a review.
