I thought that was nice because believe it or not, not a lot of instructors take this initiative to go up to students. Sophia was really kind and helped us with our posture and form throughout the class. The machines were clean and easy to use. This was my first time using the tower and I enjoyed it! Her class flow was so good and I felt like I got a very balanced workout because we worked on everything. The beginner class is still challenging for me so it's gonna be a while before I move up a level haha. Music: it was kind of like EDM? I really liked it. And yes they have a bathroom! Alex was absolutely amazing and so accommodating, walking me through every single exercise and making sure my form was correct and that I felt safe. As this is my first pregnancy, it can be scary not always knowing what you can and can't do, and I truly appreciated how supportive, encouraging, and attentive everyone was.
