It inspired me so much that I recently became a certified instructor under your Mat Pilates Training program! A big thank you to Zephanie, Tiffany, Lyla, and Brittany for your hands-on coaching and critical advice during the training--it taught me so much. I also have huge respect for TBC hiring friendly receptionists who help give the instructors time and space to set up their classes instead of needing to check in their own clients. To Lily, Zell, Taylor, and Meg: you have all continuously inspired me and shown me what kind of instructor I truly want to be. Your kindness and willingness to give advice or adjustments when needed has been unparalleled compared to other studios. All of your workouts kick my butt without fail, and that's exactly what I love. While my 7-4 schedule keeps me from trying every instructor's class, everyone you meet at the studio is so passionate and kind. From the music diversity to the aesthetic and the exercises, everything makes TBC worth every credit or dollar to invest in yourself. Thank you to the entire TBC staff for welcoming me into your community.

She was so welcoming and helped me calm any nerves I had about reformer Pilates. I have had friends go to other studios and they had no idea how to use the machines and felt so lost during the class that they have sworn off reformer pilates. After welcoming me, Lyla taught me all about the reformer machine and made sure I knew how to use it, which i'm sooo grateful for. The class itself was great! It challenged me but it wasn't too out of reach for my fitness level. You can also adjust weights and the machine to match where your fitness level is at, which is nice. It was my 1st class, so I took lots of breathers and lil breaks. I felt like during my breathers, I got lots of validation and I didn't fall behind. After the class, my body felt like jello and I will definitely be sore tomorrow, but I looove feeling my body strengthening! The studio itself is gorgeous, calm, and clean. They have different studios for different classes offered. They also have water to fill your water bottles and also merch and supplies for sale.
