Dave got back to me quickly and was out the next morning to help identify a possible irrigation leak. He showed me where three of my valves had gone bad and he replaced them the same day. We pay for biweekly lawn service and dog poo pickup. Poo has not been picked for over a month despite contacts with the owner. The only work being done is trimming bushes in the back yard - we needed to specifically request that a bush over growing our walkway by the front door be done, and the crew member protested at the time. read more

DO NOT HIRE this company !!! I paid them to do a FULL CLEAN UP and it was a disaster. Company was here an hour and a half had quoted me $775 they we're going to leave wanted to get paid but when I went out and looked around the property I realized that 99% of it still needed to be blown ,trimmed etc. Their website shows them as doing several different things including tree trimming which they don't do , he told me they don't rake so the twigs and all the debris throughout the yard we're going to be left by this company, unbelievable! Branko said he wasn't going until I paid him so I said well then you're gonna be here a long time less you finish the job you were supposed to do. So then he called the Scottsdale police lol. It was such a joke they ended up cleaning for about another hour carried out trash containers full of debris. Thank God he called the police because they got him to figure out that he had to do the job he was supposed to do! Worst experience I've ever had!!!!! read more

I hired this company to maintain multiple properties after reading good reviews here. Unfortunately I have been consistently disappointed and frustrated. They let shrubs grow oversized and then requested extra money to cut them back. They let trees grow branches down and then requested extra money to cut them up. The requested extra money to remove some plants in poor condition and removed the wrong plants. They requested extra money to cut back frost damage. They never adjusted irrigation as promised. When I pointed out the above issues, Branko requested more money to be on site more. The service remained poor, sometimes did not show up, and then requested additional money for standard services. Couldn't have asked for a better experience :) Got a letter from HOA, remove non viable palm tree. Reached out to Phoenix Landscape because of the good reviews for a free estimate. Got a physical call and they came and looked at the next day, looked at all my trees (others looked like they were dying as well). Got an estimate that also included another issue I had on property that they said they could take care of. All was taken care of within 5 days of contact. My husband and I decided to have a back yard wedding. I planned everything to the minute until a week before the event and realized that our yard was less than perfect. Bronko responded he was busy and it was "raining" and would come next Saturday. I would not recommend using this landscaping company. From the beginning they were difficult to work with - trying to get them to quote and provide a correct quote was painful. Then when the job began he was unable to get the correct plants (I live in a strict HOA community) and he planted plants that were never going to survive our hot summers. We have lost a number of plants and found out that many of the plants used were 1 gallon instead of the 5 gallon that I was charged for. Plants were not planted spatially correct and look like they were put in holes that were easiest to dig. Spent over $3,500 on the project and looks like I spent maybe $1,000. They also provided our monthly maintenance service and it was done very quickly and not very well with many items left unfinished. read more
