Unfortunately, the service left us thoroughly disappointed and put a damper on what was meant to be an enjoyable outing. We ordered butter naan, garlic naan, paneer tikka gravy, and daal tadka. A single staff member was responsible for taking orders, serving food, and managing the entire front of house. As a result, it was difficult to get her attention, and service was noticeably slow throughout our visit. The first issue arose when we received plain naan instead of the butter naan we had ordered. When we brought this to her attention, she insisted we had ordered plain naan, which was not the case. We asked if butter could simply be added to what we had, and it took another 10-15 minutes for this to be addressed. The second issue occurred when the butter naan finally arrived. We clarified that we hadn't intended to order an entire additional naan -- we had simply wanted a small amount of butter on the side to spread ourselves. She responded rudely, remarking that **"we were worried about being charged for an additional naan,"** . This entirely missed the point; our concern was avoiding unnecessary food waste, not the cost. We ultimately left a full, untouched naan on the table. While the food itself was reasonably good, the combination of slow service, an avoidable order mix-up, and an unwarranted rude response detracted significantly from the experience. Given the pricing, this level of service is simply not worth it. We would not recommend!
