I felt the immediate tranquility the moment that I step in to her treatment room. The sound of peaceful Reiki music and the beautiful zen decor immediately brought me to a state of total calmness and inner peace. Aneta took her time to help unblock my stagnated chakras one by one. Afterward, I got to lie under the beams of colorful crystal lights which helped pouring total healing energy all over my body. I felt immediate healing process right after just one session. I've had the opportunity to experience Amanda and Cristina's work both individually and together,…read moreand I truly can't say enough about the space these two women create. I've attended several Moonlight Restorative and OC Divine Healing events where Amanda and Cristina beautifully weave together Reiki, sound, tea, womb healing, intention, and community. There is something really special about the way they work together. You can tell how much thought and care goes into creating an environment where you actually feel safe enough to slow down, let go, and just receive. I've also worked one-on-one with Amanda for Reiki and tea, and she is incredibly powerful and intuitive. I've experienced Reiki before, but I had never actually felt things shifting and moving within my body the way I did during my session with her. What made it even more meaningful was the time she took afterward to explain what she experienced during the session, what she was picking up on, and things I could continue doing for myself afterward. I left feeling lighter, supported, and with a better understanding of what had come up for me. Cristina's sound baths through OC Divine Healing are equally beautiful. I'm usually able to drop in very quickly when she begins playing the bowls, which isn't always easy for me. Her sound journeys feel incredibly intentional and calming. I also love the way she opens each experience whether it's with a poem, a reflection, or a few intentional words that somehow always seem to be exactly what I need to hear in that moment. The tea experiences I've had with Cristina have also brought up some really beautiful emotional releases for me. There is something about the combination of the tea, her guidance, and the space she creates that allows emotions to come up naturally without ever feeling forced. I love working with Amanda and Cristina individually, but there is also something incredibly special about experiencing them together. They each bring their own gifts, and when those gifts come together, it creates such a beautiful, grounding, and healing experience. I'm so grateful to have found them both and would wholeheartedly recommend their individual sessions as well as any event they create together.

The knowledge and practices shared are priceless. When I was first introduced to the OCMG, I was suffering in pain on many levels, spiritually, physically, emotionally and financially, so much of which I was unaware of. I'm so grateful for all the various meditation theme nights that focus to heal the illusions I created in these different areas of my experience. I'm especially thankful for our Wholly Healing nights. To me, Wholly Healing is like taking an energetic shower/reset. I didn't realize how much of my pain was self-inflicted and how simple it really was and is to let the heaviness pass. However, I am becoming more and more aware of how easy I forget. The OCMG is a wonderful reminder of the truth of who and what I really am. Thank you OCMG for being such a blessing in my life. May you continue to Be Blessed Thanks for reading

I expected to sit on the floor and have monks lighting incense but to my shock it was rather normal. The instructor was very friendly and down to earth, we sat in chairs and the meditations were guided. I had no clue what I was doing my first time but by my third week I started to get the hang of it. Meditation was a tremendous experience and allowed me to slow down and be present to life. Prior to meditation, I was emotionally erratic, anxious, stress and prone to being overwhelmed. But meditation gave me the balance that I thought was not possible given my high energy personality. I leave feeling at peace and with a sense of stillness and calmness that I've been searching for nearly all my life. This group is quirky and fun, filled with a refreshing sense of humor and without all the head-in-the-skies hippy types I've encountered elsewhere.
