I had my eyebrows tattooed about 6 months ago. Yesterday I had an appointment for check-up in order to find out if I need a top up just yet. When I had my eyebrows tattooed, I was really eager to see the end result. I took half day off and went to the clinic. I was introduced to Hina, who took me in the treatment room. Here I was told what she will be doing and if any pain occurs at any given time, to make sure I let her know. At this point I got a little bit scarred. This meant that there IS pain. LOL After choosing the right color (have fair skin, blonde hair), Hina went ahead with the measurements. I did notice that at one given time she got a little bit confused due to the fact that my nose bone is not really central, but she managed to draw perfectly my eyebrows. I have to say that there was no massive issue with my eyebrows, but the half of it was almost invisible. Sounds weird, right? Anyway, after we agreed on the shape and thickness, Hina went ahead with the tattooing. I have to admit that I did feel pain, more as a discomfort, but nothing unbearable. The tattooing lasted about 30 minutes. Once done, and looked in the mirror, I panicked. My eyebrows were so dark and thick. Hina did tell me that this will happen, but I was still surprised. I was given an ointment to cover my eyebrows So they dont get infected. Was advised not to let water touch it for the next couple of days. This bit is always difficult, especially when washing your hair. :) I have to say that for the next 2 weeks I felt a bit ridiculous the way I looked - dark black, thick eyebrows & blonde hair. Not the best combination. LOL But slowly, slowly the color was fading away and my eyebrows looked more natural. And still do. My only regret is that I did not go thicker and a bit darker, but this is something that I might shortly. read more

Avoid and don't waste your money! Where do I even start: 1. My 1st session: was super-rushed as the next person was booked 40 mins (!) after my appointment, my brows completely disappeared after 3 weeks. Ok, I knew a top-up was normal, so I went in for one, had to pay £80 extra and guess what? Brows completely disappeared again after abour 2-3 weeks! I wrote a complaint email to her, I called and they said it was my fault (?!) as my body metabolises the pigment (?!) and that I can come in AND pay again for another top-up! I've already paid twice for disappearing brows which makes it a very expensive brow crayon. I received a service and no results- I should've got my money back- instead they wanted me to come in again and pay again. Absolutely ridiculous service! 2. I also found her rude and unprofessional: I had a voucher and I needed to pay a bit more to get featherlike instead of microblading that I'd already paid for and she said to me: "can you go to reception and pay now as the next person is paying £600 so I don't want her to see how little you're paying." So you're being deceptive to your other clients by making them pay 3x as much as others do and you want to hide it from them? 3. Some other things she said to me during my appointment included: "we have to be professional here as we have celebrities coming in often". What, so you're only professional to celebrities? Hope you treat them better than people with vouchers. All in all, a bad experience and total waste of money. I went somewhere else and got nice brows now- and guess what, somehow this time my body didn't "metabolise" them. I read on here before from girls with the same issue as mine- their brows completely disappearing after a few weeks and Sina deleting their Fb comments :/ Please avoid at all costs, unless you wanna pay money on disappearing brows and a rude service. Hina is amazing!! I had been to someone else to have my lips tattooed and it went horribly wrong. I was looking for someone to correct it, but after my previous experience, I was very wary. Hina understood immediately what had gone wrong. She worked hard to overcome the mistakes that had been made and they look great now. I would recommend her to anyone. BEWARE! I bought a Wowcher for £119 to have semi-permanent make up done. I was told to give my voucher details over the phone so they could cash the voucher. Once it was done, I was sent a test pack with test patches missing and when I phoned to tell them about it and to re-arrange the appointment, I was told off and talked down at, the incident of incomplete test pack was dismissed and Hina Solanki REFUSED TO RE-ARRANGE THE APPOINTMENT OR REFUND THE MONEY PAID!
