I went there in May 2017 for the first time and after I talked with her she suggested me to choose the black brown as she said it will be lighter after a while. At first she just trying to draw eyebrows by hand and there were no measurements what so ever ( As may you saw on adverts they always use the special rulers for making sure that you eyebrows are same ) After first drawing I explained to her that the eyebrows are not matching each other and helped her to make it better. When she finished her work she asked me to use cream every day and not wash my face for 2 weeks which I've done. After the two weeks I called her and explained the eyebrows are not in the same shape and she said I have to wait for 1 month. When I got there for second session and complained about the job she has done she told me she doesn't know why the eyebrow is like this and she promised me to fix it. Also in second session she just realized that my skin is oily and I didn't need to use the small amount of the cream daily!! When I complained about the colour ( it's still black!!!! ) she said sorry I expected it to become lighter! She tried to fix the eyebrow by getting it thicker and longer! She asked me to go back after a month for another treatment, The thing which I never done because the eyebrow is getting worse and it's really rubbish! I paid £500 to this clinic and the result is like that you went to a cheap place for free!!! Do not trust their photos and their attitude. After looking at all the options, I went for the Canadian Mink Lashes which are the most popular and I was thrilled with the results! Janette really listened to my request for them to look full yet fairly natural. They were perfect! They lasted so much longer than I thought and contrary to my initial concerns about the lash extensions pulling out my own lashes, this was not the case at all. Here I was told what she will be doing and if any pain occurs at any given time, to make sure I let her know. At this point I got a little bit scarred. This meant that there IS pain. LOL After choosing the right color (have fair skin, blonde hair), Hina went ahead with the measurements. I did notice that at one given time she got a little bit confused due to the fact that my nose bone is not really central, but she managed to draw perfectly my eyebrows. I have to say that there was no massive issue with my eyebrows, but the half of it was almost invisible. Sounds weird, right? Anyway, after we agreed on the shape and thickness, Hina went ahead with the tattooing. I have to admit that I did feel pain, more as a discomfort, but nothing unbearable. The tattooing lasted about 30 minutes. Once done, and looked in the mirror, I panicked. My eyebrows were so dark and thick. Hina did tell me that this will happen, but I was still surprised. I was given an ointment to cover my eyebrows So they dont get infected. Was advised not to let water touch it for the next couple of days. This bit is always difficult, especially when washing your hair. :) I have to say that for the next 2 weeks I felt a bit ridiculous the way I looked - dark black, thick eyebrows & blonde hair. Not the best combination. LOL But slowly, slowly the color was fading away and my eyebrows looked more natural. And still do. My only regret is that I did not go thicker and a bit darker, but this is something that I might shortly.

I also found her rude and unprofessional: I had a voucher and I needed to pay a bit more to get featherlike instead of microblading that I'd already paid for and she said to me: "can you go to reception and pay now as the next person is paying £600 so I don't want her to see how little you're paying." So you're being deceptive to your other clients by making them pay 3x as much as others do and you want to hide it from them? 3. Some other things she said to me during my appointment included: "we have to be professional here as we have celebrities coming in often". What, so you're only professional to celebrities? Hope you treat them better than people with vouchers. All in all, a bad experience and total waste of money. I went somewhere else and got nice brows now- and guess what, somehow this time my body didn't "metabolise" them. I'm disgusted. I've had them done before and know what the result is supposed to be! They have healed perfectly - they are way, way, way too dark and one is noticeably thicker than the other. Sian charges premium rates for a result that looks fake - like the worst of the eyebrows you see walking around London. Go elsewhere. There is another well known practitioner who charges the same amount for micro-blading. A good friend went to her and loves her results. I find it appalling that she has agreed the result doesn't look right, but will not refund as they provided a service regardless of the outcome. And I have to live with this result until it starts to fade in 6-12 months time. Awful.

Included in that e-mail, was a link to their website, which she said it would be useful to look at for prices and expectations of the clinic. All's fair up to that point! The information she sent me in her e-mail, included the price for the procedure I wanted to do, so there was no need for me to use the link to check out prices. Also, after looking at Sian's work on Instagram, I knew what to expect about the treatments (before and after results). So, I chose NOT to open the link to their website since I had all the information I needed! There was an appointment found for me in the middle of April by the lady I dealt with via e-mail and I was sent an e-mail prompting me to pay a £200 deposit in order to secure the appointment. All is good so far! After all was done, I mentioned to my work colleagues I was very exited about having this procedure and a couple of them brought to my attention that the results (while healing) for the first couple of weeks are/can be very obvious and maybe not what I should be opting for an acceptable work image! I looked at the healing images of others online and read even more about the procedure and decided not to go ahead with it. Surely I am allowed to change my mind?? The time that lapsed between me making the appointment and canceling the appointment was no less than 48 hours. I proceeded to say that my advise is that THE LINK TO THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT PAGE SHOULD INCLUDE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY AND THAT DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!!
