I've had one knee replacement & was bone on bone in the other knee & my leg was so badly deformed from a collapsed knee, I was in constant pain. I couldn't put weight on that leg & could hardly walk. She gave me a tailored Home Exercise Plan to help me continue to therapy at home. By the time I had my follow up appointment with my surgeon she had me at 130° range of motion! I found this spa on Groupon offering a Labor Day promotion for a micro-needling treatment. The standard Groupon price was listed at $85, but with the active holiday promo code, it dropped to $59.59. Before booking, I called the business directly at (847) 271-4206 to confirm. I spoke with a manager, explained the promotion, and she explicitly instructed me NOT to buy the voucher through Groupon. Instead, she stated they would honor the $59.59 price directly if I took a screenshot of the deal, showed it at check-in, and paid them directly. Trusting her word, I drove 15 miles to my appointment. During the check-in process, I showed the front desk administrator the screenshot. The administrator completely refused it and insisted on charging $85, claiming the lower amount was just a temporary promo. When I explained that the manager had guaranteed the $59.59 holiday price over the phone, they made me wait while they called the manager to the front desk. The exact manager I had spoken to came out and completely denied the conversation. She lied about our agreement, used a highly dismissive tone, and actively bullied and intimidated me in front of her two employees. It felt like an intentional bait-and-switch tactic designed to make me feel small and pressured into paying a higher price after driving all that way. I refused to give my money to a business that relies on deception and intimidation. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their management practices are completely unethical. Save yourself the drive and the frustration--avoid this place.

I'm a fan of new technology and advancements so this is not your average chiropractic office where it's just a few massage tables and a skeleton. It's a one-stop shop here! They have the latest and greatest in chiropractic tools and equipment. Another feature is a physical therapy area to show you strengthening exercises and stretch techniques. Every time I leave this place I feel rejuvenated! A huge plus is now this place is covered under the Veteran Affairs Health System so my visits are no cost to me as long as my VA primary doctor keeps referring me. Cost: $15,000 for Abdominal and Chest Total body fat percentage shaved and trimmed off was about 4%, although according to my body scan I lost fat in my legs and arms too, probably from my increased cardio from my cut in my workouts. Occupation: Police Officer I've been working out 6 days a week since 2019. I was struggling to lose some stubborn body fat around the abdominal region and struggled with Gyno around my chest region from being a vegetarian as a child and eating a lot of soy. I sought out survey now that I was making some decent $$$. The nurse, staff, and Dr. Alford were all extremely polite, and humorous during the procedure. The actual procedure itself took about 3 hours and you're extremely medicated and loopy. Even with the medication the pain itself was probably a 6/10 and i literally felt like I was being cut open and probed. I guess at the time it sucked but biting down on a towel helped a lot but it was worth it because there are immediate results and I'm so much happier with my chest region. I feel like all my muscles I've been working for my pecs are now actually showing since all the fat there is gone. The abdominal region I think needs more time to fully heal and close up but it does certainly look a lot more leaner and V shaped. I would recommend this place, but also would recommend Xsculpt if you're a man. They have more male oriented procedures.
