Today I booked the 3-zoned FAR-Infrared Sauna Blanket for a whole 60 minutes. Totally worth it!! She set up the blanket, plugged it in, laid our new plastic liners, once I got settled, she zipped me up and I felt like I was snug as a bug in a well...sauna blanket. She turned the temp on to a level I was comfortable with, and sat back and visited with me while the blanket did it's job. I have osteoarthritis and am constantly in pain, and the heat that this blanket provided worked miracles. I truly feel so refreshed and pain free, from the heat waves working their infra red magic on my joints. But wait, that's not just it, I also feel lighter, fresher, more awake, like I have more energy to get going. As much as the blanket made me sweat, I feel like all the toxins in my body have been flushed and I can start today over. What I really loved, other than Beth's personality, how comfortable she made me feel, her professionalism, the ease of treatment when she came to my home etc.etc.....is the fact that it is 100% hygienic. A non-invasive vacuuming and redistributing of the fat cells while creating a firmer skin. Found my Absolut Body Groupon Coupon and signed up! You purchase this super stretchy, white onesie at Absolut Body. It looks super small and I thought no way am I going to fit into this onesie but, yes I did. It actually feels pretty good, kinda like spanx but, much, much softer and breathable. You need the onesie in order for the "vacuum" to glide effortlessly over your skin without pulling the skin. It's very similar to a massage, which I have had many massages and could never get rid of these 2 slightly painful fat pouches, one on my hip and the other under my arm. Had my 1st appointment and was pleasantly surprised that some of my "fatty pouch areas" had actually been redistributed. No more dull, aching pain! If you are looking to loose weight during a 30 minute session, it's probably not going to happen. However, if you are looking to redistribute some fat cells to permanently leave your body while firming up some loose skin to look toner, then yes give this a try! It does take several sessions to bring your body back to it's Teen years but, it took almost 40 decades for my skin and fat cells to build and a half hour is not a miracle worker.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my results and the price I paid. I had laser hair removal done here for 2 small-ish regions on my body. First of all, the first lady I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions, I think the machine was on low because it was not painful at all. Fast forward to my 4th session with Taylor, and it hurt like a b!***! (which is normal and expected). It was just a huge jump. Then I found out the lady who I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions was no longer with the company. This might have had something to do with my results (maybe she wasn't doing it right? It didn't hurt at all). My results are not that great. I still grow a lot of hair in the regions I got lasered even after 6 sessions. I know it's never a guarantee, but they promised around 70-80% removal and I wanna say it's at like 40-50%. I currently go to a new place that I left 2 reviews for already, and I already see a difference after 2 sessions, more than what I saw when I was at AH Laser. It's not really worth it here for the price when it comes to laser hair removal. I don't know what lasers they use, but that might have something to do with it, as well. I recommend trying another place out first.
