Modern take on Italian food with a seasonal menu. Chef owner is hands on. Food was delicious and beautiful ly presented. I had a horse tartar, which taste like a very lean beef. Also, the pigeon was served over a bed of wild herbs. Presentation wise the pigeon by should be on time, but it taste over. It has he wanted you to eat edition a certain way.
For dessert I had in the pear semi Fredo. I couldn't taste the pear, but otherwise, the desert was very good. It was served with rum Mascarpone and chocolate meringue.
The only fault I can comment on was the tortilla which the tartar was served on. I would delete it as it wasn't made fresh and I prefer eating it with the table bread. read more
