It's suppose to last 2-3 weeks and every place else I've had it done it does. The one time I went here the Shallac peeled off after one week, all but three nails of it. It was the real Shallac, so I don't know if their product was bad, the lights were bad, or just the job itself was bad, but I've never had that problem before or after. Also thinnest Shallac job I've ever had... That could be what went wrong.

The other location was also unable to accommodate my appointment for today. I understand that that things come up and sometimes people are unable to make it into work. However, I also know that there is always a receptionist there who checks you in and takes appointments. This means at least 2 people did not show up to work. At a bare minimum I should have been made aware that my appointment was going to be cancelled, especially since I received a a reservation reminder 40 minutes prior to my appointment. I was finally contacted by a staff member at around 12 pm, this is 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and was informed that my appointment had been cancelled and that they were sorry they "missed my appointment". I informed them that I knew this since my appointment was 2 hours ago and no one was there. It was not her fault, it sounds like she was called into work to notify people of cancellations. I was asked if I was interested in rescheduling my appointment and I informed them I was not. It is a shame...they have always done a good job for waxing, but what I need is reliability and professionalism. The entire point of making an appointment is to guarantee that a service will be provided at a scheduled time. What a shame to have wasted my Sunday morning, I will not be returning. I would give 0 stars if I could, I don't feel like a valued customer.
