Today was the worst threading I had ever gotten. My usual lady Muno was not there so I let a random Tech do my eyebrows. Needless to say I have to come back, when Muna is there, so she can correct it for free. I am extremely disappointed the lady in the first place wasn't that friendly. I won't be back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in today and I told the lady " I want thick eyebrows, not thin. Please take very little off" and she agreed. Once she was finished I asked her to see the mirror so I can check it and I look like I belong in the 90's. I told her "I told you I wanted them thick" and her response was "well everyone likes them defined". I told her "why would you do them how everyone else wants their eyebrows when I told you how I liked mine?" and her smart ass response was "well they look thick to me". I called the manager and she told me to come in tomorrow so she can "fix" them. I don't have any hair on my eyebrows, they can't be fixed until hair grows back! read more

I love this. They keep my brows SNATCHED. Everyone is so sweet and so nice. Not gonna lie one time, I did get a little to much brow taken off but I did give it another shot and of course it was better. I really like how sanitary they are. They clean their chairs every time someone leaves and you don't have to pick and choose exactly who to go to because they are all really good. We went to the one in Desoto. The lady at the desk seemed like she was busy even though no one was there. The young lady that came from the back did an awesome job!! My baby was very pleased with The Henna art that was done on her hand.. she also threaded and dyed my brows. She was very quick and did a great job!! I'll come back and let her take care of us again. read more

Stay away from this place if you want a waxing! Not only was the room I was in dirty and not tidy (I should have ran away but really needed a waxing :/) but they left me bruised and with burn marks!! The burn marks on my skin didn't show up until a few days later and the bruises only got worse. Worst waxing experience ever. I've never been here for eyebrow threading but I would avoid this place at all costs if you want anything else done. read more

This is the third time I have been to this location and again I had to tell the tech I didn't like my brows. This pain the threading hurt ALOT. I CAN SEE THE REDNESS around my eyebrow area. All the young tech does is smile and say sorry this. After A second tech came over , whom was the one who did a horrible job last time the main lady Muan came and fixed them I tried to give all the other ladies a chance but not anymore. I'm new to the area just a bought a home in DeSoto. I tried this place 3 times. The first time it was pretty cool they did a good job with my eyebrows. I'm very meticulous about my eyebrows since they are thick and nicely shaped. The second time I came in I requested a clean up with no thinning my eyebrows. They did exactly what I didn't asked to be done. They thinned out my eyebrows and reshaped them. Today I come in and I advised the girl to not thinned my eyebrows to leave the first part at is bc I'm leaving the grow. What does she do exactly what I asked not to be done. I am never going there again. They can't follow instructions or do what you asked to be done. I will keep looking for another threading place. read more

I used to love coming to this place, there are places in Irving that do eyebrows and lip for $8 half the cost of what I paid coming to this place. The last couple of times that I've come here I wasn't highly satisfied with my threading but I always hope that the next time would be better. This is my last time I ever set foot in this place today was just horrible the girl who did my eyebrows seemed that she was in a rush and that she was bothered by even doing them. read more

I went today 08/08/2015 to get my eyebrows threaded...I thread then about ever 5 weeks so I really do expect to get them done correctly and for them to look nice when finished. Today's service was not good at all. The lady who helped me, Sonika, seemed new and trimmed my left eyebrow completely wrong! She trimmed it too much to where there's little hairs sticking out and won't get into place even after being brushed! I went back five mins after getting in my truck to ask the other lady working if there was anything she could do to fix it all she said was "make you're eyebrow thinner". These people have great customer service! However, they ruined my eyebrows. They took off waaayyy too much hair and made them uneven. I have blotches of hair missing between my brows as well. I've been trying to grow my eyebrows for a while now so I'm completely pissed! I come specifically to get a clean up on my brows. They are already thin so it wasn't much to take off. I told them this same exact thing every time I came in and they STILL took too much off. read more
