Hearth strikes a perfect balance of using high quality, healthy ingredients, while still being affordable. I hope that more restaurants like Hearth open up all over the world. I had the miso soup, it was vegan, soy free, and dairy free, and even though I have no allergies, sensitivities, or ethics based restrictions, I thought it was a tasty bowl of soup, and would happily stop by again for another one, or to try something else.
