    I bought this software about a month ago. I paid $29.95 although I see it is now advertised for…read more$39.95. It definitely locks the file. The problem is that it does not unlock the file. I tried repeatedly. I then contacted support (who I purchased it from which is a credit card service). They immediately forwarded me to Michelle Rossevelt at the company NewSoftwares. I do not know who she is: owner, customer support, etc. She replies once daily on Monday - Fridays 9PM - 4AM Pacific Time. Yes: she replies ONLY at night. She doesn't answer the phone. She refuses to talk on the phone. She did want to talk on Skype. I do not have Skype. She refused to communicate any other way. I explained the problem. She answered but her answers were garbage & not helpful. I finally said that she might as well refund my money. She was asked to resolve my problem MANY times or refund my money. All she did was to talk a little (in writing). I finally contacted her credit card service. They were fast to refund my money. Warning: Remember that I PAID for this. However, before I paid, there was a warning that I would only be able to have several (I forget the number) uses before I had to pay. I was testing it on & off (I did turn it on & off ONCE) until it locked me out permanently. Inputting the password made NO difference. It refused to work. I ended up formatting the flash drive (losing the files) so I could use the flash drive.
