The chicken ceaser came lightly dressed with warm chunks of chicken breast over the top. The warm chicken did wilt the greens a bit. Perhaps placing the warm chicken around the edges of the salad instead of on top would prevent that? Chunk light tuna is used in their tuna salad and I opted for no additional dressing on my salad greens as the tuna salad is enough dressing for my taste. Their tuna salad has a mild taste; nothing surprising in there (that's a good thing). Inside was quite warm on a cold December evening. Service and food were good. There is a private parking lot. The waffle sandwich comes in one of two patty choices; Neapolitan or Vanilla. The soft waffle sandwich is made freshly on a high turn over day or kept under a heating lamp. The freshly made waffle cones can be high in demand often causing a wait in the lines. Many flavors are also offered on their premium ice creams, however chocolate was not one of them this past time I went. No worries, just a few feet away is another ice cream stand called, "Old Mill Sundaes," which carry the traditional flavors and some not so traditional. So for some ice cream on the go, Waffle Shack, has your back.
