He was so nice and professional, definitely hustled, and did an AMAZING job on my car. Looks brand new inside. He even dealt with some spilled coolant in my backseat from a bottle that I kept back there. He was just awesome, efficient, thorough, and friendly and was done in about 2 hours. I went to K&D as a walk-in that same Saturday morning and they got to me right away. I do have a large SUV so the interior and exterior Gold Wash service took about an hour. I did not mind the wait because their wait area was clean, comforting, and welcoming. Keith told me I can sit down, relax, have some coffee, and watch tv. In my past experiences the waiting area has been the "deal breaker". I've seen some REALLY bad waiting areas; but that was not the case with K&D. I highly recommend this service and they can expect repeat service from me and my family in the near future. I hope they're around for a long time and continue to provide great service. I hope they expand to offer mobile pick up service soon as well. It was one of the services we discussed.

Vinny the owner spent a lot of time educating me on product brands & he suggested what he would do if it was his vehicle. He not only communicated in person but also by phone and email. Drivers door jam was still dirty, The rear window looked as if it was not touched and was cloudy. Also I was under the impression that he car would be washed, clay barred, and hand waxed.. It is my strong opinion that the car was never clayed. I asked if the car wax hand waxed? I was told no a spray wax was applied. Over $300 dollars for a hand wash detail the tires, an inside detail and a spray wax .. REALLY .. Then the next day I noticed the rear cup holder in-between the rear arm rest had been broken.. I called. The owner had me bring the car out and show him the damage. I did he agreed to come get the car and fix the damaged part by gluing it back together. While the car was there I asked them to wash the car.. When the car was returned I was charged $50.00 dollars for the wash. I was shocked at the price, and overwhelmed that they would charge me anything knowing that they had my car to fix what they broke. This considering I had to take my car from Waukesha Wi to Lannon Wi to have the owner inspect the damage they did,. Where is the compensation for my time ????? I would never recommend this establishment to detail any cars moving forward .. (REASON) Low grade service, High prices JIM J BURG
