I found SudShine on Yelp and contacted David right away. Talking to him on the phone gave me great comfort that I probably found the right service. He was very accommodating, giving me an appropriate price for washing and detailing 2 SUV's and he was available on a Saturday morning when we needed him. I had my hose on the side of the house prepared, but when he drove up I learned he brings his own water supply and all the appropriate cleaning products. It was a big blue container of water he brings in the back of his truck. He was very organized and took out all the cleaning products and set himself up quickly and immediately started on the tires. David took his time to clean every inch of both our cars and sometimes I would go out to see how he was doing so we got to chat a little bit as he was working. He is very professional. I even had him clean the carpets and he gave me a very reasonable price to do that, which is not something we normally do but glad he was the one to do it. No hassles, detailed, timely and reasonable; I will be using him again and won't look any further.

I placed an inquiry on Yelp! Last night for detailers for the next day... today! Most were not available today. Technically sudshine want either... but I told each... emergency. Need someone Tuesday. Sudshine agreed to fit me in at the end of their day today. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my minivan in about 1.5 hours. I recognized their products... one of my neighbors uses them. They use good products to make your vehicle shine, top to bottom, wheels and all. I especially like a clean steering wheel... which they left me with. Highly recommend! Ambitious business owners!

To top it off, we recently went to Naples, where we did some kayaking, and there was recent rain. The interior and exterior of our car were definitely muddy and dirty! I tried to book a cleaning within two hours on a Sunday afternoon. They called me promptly and asked if it were okay if they came the following day, which I agreed. I appreciate the great communication. I did rebook it again and had to pay online again, and I figured I would just talk to them about refunding the second booking. When Kewin came over, we decided we wanted our other van (which was primarily the van that chauffeured our dogs around) to be cleaned and asked if the 2nd payment can go towards the van instead. Kewin spoke to his boss, and they agreed. Let me tell you - Kewin was there for HOURS. Basically, it's almost the whole day. He was meticulous and cleaned every nook and cranny of both the SUV and the van. I was very impressed and I recommended it to my family who also got their cars cleaned within that week. Our neighbors who saw Kewin hard at work were also impressed and I hope they booked their cleanings too!

I'm writing this review so that no one else makes the mistake of relying on Supermann for their…read moreservices. I've used them multiple times in the past, and the actual washes are typically great, but getting them to show up for an appointment is the hardest part. This past Friday, they came to our home in Deerfield Beach and washed two SUVs. Only after they finished did they mention an added $10 trip fee, per vehicle. This was very unprofessional and should've been disclosed prior to booking. Nonetheless, I booked an appointment on Saturday for my car, only to have the scheduled time pass with no explanation on their end. I rescheduled twice for that day, with no one coming. I then tried again for Sunday, relying on their AI text bot, which proved to be completely worthless. I finally got a response from an actual human, who told me that our location was out of their service area. I reminded him that they were just here two days prior, and asked why their website would allow me to book at a ZIP Code that was out of their service area, which was blamed on their current website design. There are plenty of other Car Wash services that are significantly more reliable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased an auto detailing as a gift for a friend's 5-series and I asked for the full works. I called them on a Saturday afternoon requesting the work for the following afternoon. Unfortunately on Sundays they don't work a full shift, so they were only able to come in the morning and since it could take 2-3 hours, they can't come very late. Completely understandable so you might have better luck on time slots if you order for Saturday or the weekdays. I was trying to have them start at 11 AM but the latest they could do was 10 AM. I was able to negotiate a 10:30 AM appointment time. I paid over the phone in advance so as to not have the detailer go through that hassle the next day, and gave them my contact information. The next day they called me at 9:45 AM to inform me that the detailer is running late and if 11 AM is okay with me. It was fine with me because I had actually requested that time to begin with, but I appreciated being notified in advance. They got points there. The detailer assigned to me was Armando, and he did an excellent job with the vehicle. It was a very hot day but that did not detract from his work. When he was done with the car, it looked as if it had just come off the lot. I don't know how many detailers they have, but if you're able to request him, I highly recommend it. He was nice, did an excellent job, and worked at a good pace. I came out a couple of times to check on him and give him some cold water (he brought his own but just being a good host) and he was always working on the car. There was not one inch of that car left untouched when he was done with it. Later that day I had to run some errands and I felt bad getting in the car! When he was done with the car, I inspected it, he gave me some car maintenance tips as to when I should consider getting a full detail again, shook hands, gave him his tip, and off he went. All in all, I am very pleased with the entire transaction and I would recommend these guys. The communication was good and I did not regret paying for the work.
