I found Mobile Detailers right here at Yelp and was immediately impressed with how the owners reach out to folks right here, replying to their posts - that's rare. I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Main thing is, I'm SO glad I found Mobile Detailers in my area, and will definitely be a regular customer going forward. This is a tough job done in brutal weather, so I have to give a "high five!" to Avol and the crew here.

TLDR: excellent work, Immaculate services and genuine customer servoice but long wait times…read more I first came by Davie Auto Spa in April to get a full detail, my large dog slobbers a lot, and my car was in desperate need of an interior shampoo. I was told it would take about half an hour, which surprised me for a shampoo, but I had just come from the gym and hadn't eaten, so I figured I'd wait it out, read my book, and head home. Well, it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Thankfully, I didn't have anything else scheduled that day. Multiple employees checked on me throughout and were incredibly kind and attentive. Eventually, Jamal( the person who had checked me in) came over and sincerely apologized, taking full responsibility for the delay. He gave me a $100 gift card and told me I could use it or even gift it to someone else, but he wanted to make it right. Of course, I still tipped the workers, after all, they did an amazing job. My car had never been that clean. I returned in August to use the GC and noticed they'd added more outdoor seating and some cute landscaping. I came on a Sunday morning and let them know I only had about an hour and fifteen minutes, as I had an appointment. When I asked what I could get with my $100 card, the employee went to get Jamal himself. I opted for the $99 interior complete and offered to cover any tax, but Jamal replied, "No ma'am, we owe you this." That response speaks volumes. This visit did end up running a bit over, about 10:50 to 12:10 so I'd advise others to be prepared to wait if you're getting more than a basic wash. I'd personally rather be told a longer estimate upfront, but I understand they may not want to deter customers. That said, their quality of work is worth the wait IF you know about it ahead of time. I debated leaving out the original scheduling mishap, because I imagine most customers have seamless experiences. But honestly, the way they handled that mistake impressed me even more than if it had gone perfectly. This place isn't cheap, and it isn't fast but their work is absolutely unbeatable.

The Summarize what I'm complaining about is the fact that my car was finished and ready to be picked up and I had to remind the guys about 40 minutes afterwards that it was done for me to pick it up... I hope next time you could possibly prioritize me... makes me wonder if tipping him in this case was the right thing to do... update: well, I just looked under the hood and found out that everything is completely dirty after I specifically asked the guy to be able to get under my hood... what did I pay $80 for just to wash the removable all weather floor mats? not too sure if I'll be coming back to this location in the future, but I'm deducting another star from my review just because of this. like look at the photos yourself and tell me that this is a clean car that just had a detailing?

I typically get the Manager's Package which I use to pay $25 + tip but looks like the price has gone up to $35 + tip. Not a big deal as it's still totally worth it to me. I have a minivan and kids so my car gets pretty dirty. It's the black carpets that kill me. Executive Wash & Detail usually does a great job! There have been a few times where it's not as clean as they usually get it the first few times I've been. And that's fine. But when you set those standards from the beginning, you're spoiled. My car was long overdue for a good vacuuming and detail so I decided to come out on a Sat morning, first thing when they opened at 8am. I checked out their website the night before and noticed they started taking appointments online. Nice! I reserved an appt for 8-9am time frame. I wanted to be in and out as I had a brunch in Plantation at 11am. Figured I would be done by then. They usually take 1-1.5 hours to clean my car and I always wait. Arrived promptly at 8am on this day. I was the 2nd car there. I went inside and had coffee and did work on my laptop. I kept glancing outside to see if my car was done and maybe they forgot to notify me. They usually text you when the car is done. The time was now 10:15am and I had to get out by 10:30am. Just for reference, a few times when I glanced outside, there were maybe 6-7 cars next to mine being worked on. When I came back outside, there were 2 cars left and mine was one of two. I asked the gentlemen how much longer it was going to be and he said another 10 minutes. Keep in mind, I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done 2.5 hours later at 10:30am. And I was the 2ND CAR there in the morning. How did 6-7 other cars finish before mine? And I had an appt for 8-9am??? I get that my car was a mess and definitely needed cleaning, I don't doubt that. But the fact that it took them 2.5 hours and I had an appt and I was the 2nd car to arrive that day, it was a bit confusing and frustrating to say the least. They did a fabulous job today! My windows were sparkling clean and spotless, the carpet was super clean after they vacuumed. Great job, Definitely happy but not cool if they finished other cars before mine and I had to wait that long and I barely made it on time to my brunch as I had my car cleaned so I could pick up other people for carpool. That was the main reason I had my car cleaned. That is all.

Let me start off by saying that I'm blown away by the quality of work laid down by Interior Magic…read more I have a 07 VW GTI and since moving to FL a year ago, my right headlight progressively got worse with yellowing and fading. I tried fixing the problem myself by buying the 3M Headlight Restoration Kit, but the results (while better than before) were lackluster. I called these guys and the area manager drove up from South Broward to Boynton Beach to help me out. For not much more than the DIY kit, he restored my headlight to showroom quality. Im kind of kicking myself for not looking into these guys sooner and wasting money on that DIY kit. Absolutely recommend and will use again for other services!
