They do 1-1 training and seem to offer some scheduled classes. I will say one nice thing is I've never been hassled about personal training by their trainers which is nice. I'm giving three stars because of some of the trainers however. My run-ins have not been the friendliest with them and based on my friends experiences at this gym they've had the same experience when it comes to certain trainers. With a boutique gym such as this, the service is everything to keep people coming back instead of joining a gym such as lifetime.
