I've been going to this YouFit in Dania for years, this place literally changed my life, started my weight loss journey here and I'm so happy I did. Got a lot of love for this gym. Specially this specific YouFit branch. It has a great atmosphere with lots of amenities and positive people. The personal trainers and staff are awesome and hard working. Shoutout to Anthony (One of the best trainers). Currently it's under new management, shoutout to Xavier (Newest Manager) he has definitely put a lot of work in and changed up the place for the better. As of today the entire gym has been completely renovated! It's definitely worth checking out!

I needed a membership for 2 weeks since I was in the area temporary. Ashley signed me up and told me to my face there was no agreement and here I am 6 months down the road still trying to cancel the membership. Tried to speak with someone above and they just try to give me the run around wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone --- They got back to me and this is what they got to say

New you fit
Monica G.

You will get fit going to this YouFit! I have been to all of the You Fit gyms in Miami and three in Ft. Lauderdale and this location is my favorite so far! I think it has to do with the fact that this location opened its doors two months ago. Indeed it is the newest and biggest You Fit ive been to as well as the one with the most amenities. Let me start with the extras I've never seen at other YouFits. +You Cycle Room: a private dim room with stationary spinning bikes with a forest backdrop. Yesss, looks like spinning classes have arrived at the YouFit! Bikes must be reserved at the front desk. This is a serious upgrade because You Fit has always lacked in the bycicling department. +You Fit Cinema: yea another dim private room with treadmills and a movie screen at the front of the room. I'm thinking the concept of this is great for people that need to walk distance but they get bored. Hey at least you can watch a movie! Everyday a different movie is played. +Private class/dance room: other locations have this but not many. Zumba, sculpt, yoga, High intensity classes held here. +Upgraded trainer area: they now have a push amd pull sled (I love these), trx, rope pull, heavier kettlebells and medicine balls, balance beams etc. +Upgraded cardio amd treadmill machines: my treadmill had a virtual trail to chose with different scenery. The machines also have Bluetooth and many other personalization options. +More weights and more squat racks. +Locker rooms: left me in awe. Bigger, more space, more showers, private changing areas and a Sauna. Yes you read...sauna (YF usually dont have saunas)! +Water bottle refill and sit down chill area. +Childcare! Should I say more? I really loved working out here. Love the upgrades and modern touch to a normally basic gym. All this for a $20 month unlimited membership. Not a bad deal to get fit after all!

record me without my permission

Today I couldn't have a good workout because the person who was near me had a camera with a tripod in front of my face and I didn't want him to record me. I don't understand why this gym doesn't have some regulations regarding this... it's very uncomfortable that you're doing exercises and another person has a camera in front of your face... I made the complaint today, August 10, 1:30 pm at the front desk with the guy because the manager was NOT there. If they don't regulate this or implement some rule, I'm going to cancel my membership.

Girls bathroom
Katrina P.

The bathrooms are literally disgusting. Every stall looks like this and one of the bathroom stalls is missing a door. Wondering if they ever clean this place. Its looked like this everytime ive come in. This is the worse ive seen it. Its literally disgusting and thinking of cancelling my membership. This dirty place makes it not worth the cheap 10$ if I feel uncomfortable every time I come in. Also they make canceling EXTREMELY HARD. Dont join unless you wanna be a member for life

Guess I shouldn't have got that pre-workout didn't anticipate such bad customer service

Many times we believe that a coach is there to tell you how many repetitions and voila, what's more, it is common to see them watch TV or start conversations with other people making you feel insignificant which does not help in the transformation you are looking for when transforming your body, I quickly understood after working with others that like everything in life, exceptional is achieved with small adjustments beyond the standard. The training methodology and strategy not only includes eating well, but your mentality when doing your exercises, thanks to him I feel motivated and I'm even giving more than I think I can and here is the key, I don't know It is about repetitions, but about the set and the personality of the one in front of you and the group work of different muscles, that is achieved with experience and Moe you have it, so if you are looking to transform your body and you want someone who knows, and gives results and not only that but it will be there to push you psychologically and physically you must train with it! My word to define it is exceptional, remember that life does not reach excellence with mediocrity, you must work with the best! You find it in Olympia gym in adventure! After a little more than half way through my rehab workouts, meaning 20 workout sessions out of 36,…read moreI need to finally write this review about a place that has helped me get my physical workouts back on track after having major heart surgery in November. I can't write enough about this place but will try to do the best I can, being that it has been an important part of my recovery and strength in my confidence of an active, physical life I have always been used to. Memorial Regional Fitness and Rebab Center is owned by Memorial Regional Hospital, but is a regular Fitness Center separate from the Hospital off Johnson Street. It is behind the Target Store off Hollywood Blvd. It's is a large facility with more cardio equipment than most of the gyms or fitness centers I have belonged to. There are a large number of treadmills, elliptical equipment (all with your own separate TV's) you can watch and listen to with headphones with an easy separate keypad to adjust the stations and the volume. There are several recumbent bikes, separate free weight area, palates studio, Cyber machines and several special types of equipment that allow you to use your own body weight to build your upper body and core muscles. This facility is literally everything you need to get a top notch workout. Facing the cardio workout area, there are TV's above in front of all the machines you can watch as well. Being a patient at Memorial Regional Hospital, I was given the opportunity to do my rehab in this facility which also has an area with specialists for any rehab program needed: cardio, orthopedic, as well as training for special fitness goals and for specific sports. There is a nurse, Susan, in this area who is really the most helpful, nicest person to have around in case you have any questions. She continually checks on how you are feeling if you are in rehab and is there if you need her. Many of the rehab trainers there are students that are doing their internships there, and are VERY knowledgeable and know how to monitor and help you get back on your feet. They specialize on the physiological part of cardio and weight training and know what exercises you SHOULD NOT do, which most of us think help us, but in the long run hurt us. They explain why they do different types of exercises and what muscles are effected and get you started to get you on your own again. If you are in cardio rehab, they constantly monitor your blood pressure and your heart rate during different phases of your cardio training. They are very professional and are truly there to help you. Most insurance companies will cover these rehab sessions for a specific number of visits until you are on your own. Before I started going here I knew it was an actual regular fitness center and since I have been there during my rehab, I figured out that there is a big advantage to joining this facility and work with the same people you started with to achieve any goals you need to achieve. The one trainer I work with told me he would get me ready for skiing next year since I had to skip my annual trip this year. He knows the muscle groups that need to be trained in the gym and how to do it. Many NFL players use this facility from time to time in the off season for the same reasons, to get specific workouts for their personal goals. I look forward to going here 3 days a week and never enjoyed working out in a gym/fitness center as much as this one. If you have children, they have a nursery to take care of your kids while you are working out. The locker rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, which also have TV's in them to watch while getting dressed (or undressed). I have gone from light cardio to full cardio workouts in 6 weeks and after 10 weeks, started incorporating weights for lower body and core and after 12 weeks, upper body. It has been a tremendous experience for me and look forward to progressing back to full and longer weight training at this facility without interruption. Again, this is a regular gym that anyone can join. They have very professional trainers that know what they are doing and will track your progress of all your workouts. I have not actually gotten the pricing yet on the membership exactly but is comparable to LA Fitness. I do know the trainers are a lot less expensive than most gyms, but again I do not have the exact figures. If you live anywhere near Hollywood Blvd. or in the area, I highly recommend looking into making this facility part of your regular daily routine.

CrossFit ATP, a little rough around the edges but warm and comforting when you need it…read more The staff here is nice. And I say this as I work on hiding my "I'm deathly afraid" face but to no avail- they see right through it and thus try their hardest to make that awful "oh man, what am I getting myself into" feeling disappear into the abyss. I must admit, it's hard not to walk in and want to walk right back out. I mean, this is hardcore but I guess chances are if you've signed up for CrossFit, you know what you're getting yourself into. If somehow it was done on a whim and you're completely clueless (like myself), I'm sorry for you but given time, you might find it to be the best option (wait until after the workout to make any decisions). Here's my warning: While this may resemble a gigantic playground for adults, don't be fooled. It's an intense workout not meant for the weak - mentally or physically. You need to be motivated and willing to torture yourself every class. If you're used to the standard method of training, then this will throw your world in a whirl with its circuit-based challenges. The venue itself is located on the corner of US1, not too far from the Aventura area, which is cool. The space seems to be kind of small but since everyone will be on different phases of the workout, it doesn't become an issue so much. Come often enough and from what I can tell, it ends up being a community rather than just "a place to sweat". Yeah, that's cool. But I can't help but wonder if I can have that "community" feeling with something like yoga instead (you know, where I don't have to die repeatedly?). Yeah, yeah. I'm done complaining. Here are my quick take-aways - Yes, it gives you a complete workout in half the time. Yes, it's challenging. Yes, it's for women also (true story, bro). Yes, you will want to die - before, during and after. O_o Yes, you may get injured (which can be minimized by proper form). Yes, you will feel great (post-workout death). I personally, can't see myself doing CrossFit three or four times a week - just too intense for my liking but it is a great option for those who can maintain such a high intensity workout without injuries. I'll probably just go every once in a while aka when I need to shake things up a bit or when I feel the desire to REALLY kick things into high gear.
