The pool is always full of scum, there was a PILE of feces in the shower, there's dirt and dust on all of their torn up, taped equipment, members are constantly tripping on the uneven floor mats; these people clearly only focus on the gymnastics portion of this facility. I tried their crossfit classes, and it's NOT what the sport is about, which is why so many people get hurt there (including one of the owners) In case all of this wasn't enough-I was followed home by a member and assaulted. Of course I filed a police report, but felt it would be courteous to tell the owners that they have a member targeting females. They said 'ok, thanks for letting us know'. 5 mins later the police call me to inform me that the gym isn't liable for what happened. WTF?!?! They were more worried about covering their butts than their members' safety! If you're looking for a local gym I would suggest Fitness Authority in Littleton (also has 24 hour access) or Always Fit Athletic Club in Woodsville, which has more equipment and space than this one. I feel so bad for everyone who had lost their passion in fitness because of this disgusting facility.

What a shame, the building is rundown, the flooring is coming up, vending machines are out dated and do not take credit cards so what that there is an ATM machine, I am not about to pay $2.00 to get a twenty dollar bill and not be able to use it cause they only take exact cash, so what's the point of the ATM?? The floors are treacherous, the nets that separate the courts are torn and hanging down, individual squares on nearly every court have some coming up separating from others there are NO working water fountains, so players cannot even get water!! What a JOKE!! How is it that this place has not gotten sure from injuries you may ask?? Well the reasons why they get away with it not taking care of their facility is because and the reasons they don't get sued, is because every team player has to sign a waiver saying that they won't sue this place if they get hurt!! I know for a fact that people have gotten hurt, I have seen it with my own eyes years ago when the other owner had this place.... Is it really that hard to take care of a business that you supposedly love and enjoy there's literally Duct tape, holding the squares down onto the floor so they don't peel up and make someone trip. The place is supposed to be open until 10 pm!! What a waste of time. Also, I don't like how these indoor courts charge money at the gate for people who just want to watch their kid play AAU. AAU is expensive enough and the courts being paid for! Horrible system.

He stood about 12-18 inches from my face, was speaking loudly, and did not step back after I asked multiple times for space. I was backed into the corner and unable to move away easily. Another member present told him to leave and later said he would vouch for what occurred. After leaving, the individual used a derogatory slur. I reported the incident and followed up with management. The situation was treated as "conflicting accounts," and I was advised to go to staff if something like this happens again. I filed a police report to document the incident and ultimately canceled my membership because I did not feel comfortable returning.

Men discreetly pleasuring themselves on the hot tub jets. Hot water in the showers comes and goes and one minute you're being scalded and the next you're being doused with cold water. Closes early. Parking lot nearly a quarter mile away. Too crowded. Otherwise, a great place with kind, knowledgeable staff, clean facilities and lots of programs and classes ... love the pool but not the stress of finding a lane or a time when it's not crammed with people.
