The course is in great shape, and there are some fun and unique hole designs (and most holes provide an opportunity to get a hole-in-one, which is a major factor in making miniature golf more fun, in my opinion). The only two suggestions I would offer is adding more umbrellas/shade for guests who play during the day and add more fun themed obstacles to the holes themselves, rather than just having visual themed objects outside of the putting areas. In my quest to find the best mini-golf course in America (ME is the 29th state I've mini-golfed in), I would give this course an A-. Definitely would come here again if I find myself in Maine!

I think some more fire pits would be nice...social distancing! So my one complaint...no one was enforcing masks. So many people walking around with "drinks" for extended amount of time, with their masks down their chins. I watched kids sit their butts on the area of the picnic tables in front of the snack shack where people eat. Eww. I feel like we'd enjoy this venue so much more if COVID wasn't a thing. If you are on the way to Thomas Knight Park, this is on the way. It can be easy to miss but this Spring the city paved the parking area next to the park so there is plenty of parking. There is a fence around much of it, but it is not completely fenced in. The end near the playground is fenced, but as you near the opposite end by the basketball court, there is no fence there. The playground is up to date and we often see a few children there with parents. A few benches are inside the park and there is a nice grassy area between the playground and basketball court; bring your own ball. Dogs are allowed in this park, please pick up after them.
