I'd been seeing a lot of their posts on social media; they do tons of collabs with other eateries, breweries, and wine spots, which is always fun. When I visited, they were offering pours from Suarez Family Brewery. Not sure if that's why the place was packed or if that's just the norm, but I was surprised by the crowd. Still, it was easy to grab a table, and there's plenty of bar seating. Big plus: ample parking outside as well. The ambiance was great -- dark, cozy, a little rustic, and thoughtfully designed. It was lively and fun, and at times loud (but the good type of loud). The drinks were solid, both their beer selection and house cocktails. I had the Negroni and really enjoyed it. Honestly, I wish we had more bars like this. The one thing I wasn't a fan of was the food, but I think that's just because I went in with the wrong expectations. We ordered the brie and bread, and it was literally just a wrapped wheel of cheese, like we'd grabbed it from a grocery store. After reading other reviews, I realized they don't have a dedicated kitchen, but their menu didn't make that clear (or maybe I missed it?). I'd still go back for the drinks alone, just maybe after eating somewhere else.
